I was in need of an emergency denture repair and they got me in within one hour. Everyone from the front desk and on was super nice. The girl who took my x-rays, the dental hygienist Georgeanna, the doctor and Tyler who explained the treatment plan cost to me for other issues were all just so friendly and kind. I was really impressed with the hygienist Georgeanne because she explained exactly what I had been dealing with and what I needed done in a way that I could fully understand. I’d been told I needed a deep cleaning but it was never explained in a way that helped me understand exactly why and what it would accomplish. They weren’t pushy at all and I’d go back there in a heartbeat.

Leslie and dr mo r the best very patient and polite and went over everything with me and explained everything that needed to be done. They didn’t look down on me or rude even though I was embarrassed because of my teeth. Dr mo was so sweet and extremely helpful with getting my partial fixed and going over what needs to be done and how many teeth and how long the whole process will take. They didn’t pressure me or anything. I felt very comfortable. I have been coming here for a few years and new employees and they are all so supportive and kind. I recommend aspen dental to anyone.

I love the inverness office. Shout out to Sharon, Tyler and Dr. Lee. I got my top dentures here and my husband is getting his done now. Sharon is amazing with a heart of gold, and helps you through the entire process. Positive attitudes across the board. Thank you Aspen Dental Inverness.

I haven't been to a dentist in quite a while and was definitely nervous about going. I had a great experience. From the time I walked in the door and was met by Rachel, followed by going with Dee to have my X-rays and exam, to sitting with Tyler and working on a dental plan that fit with my finances, my experience was great. I am excited about going back and taking care of my teeth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Inverness!

I want give Kudos to Rachel, Sharon and Leslie.
First to Rachel the Receptionist for booking my appointments and getting me in quickly to greeting me with a smile when I walk in and leave.
Second to Sharon in Finance for taking the time to help me get the best financial deal I could get.
Last but not least, Leslie. Leslie is the Dental Assistant Lead. The first time I saw her I had just gotten my temporary bottom dentures. I was very upset because they hurt so bad. I didn't think I would ever be able to wear them. Leslie took the time to calm me down and work with me until they fit right and didn't hurt anymore. Took only one visit. Now I have my permanent set and once again they needed adjusting (This time I wasn't upset.) Met with Leslie again and she once again worked her magic.
Each of these Ladies are very special. Each one made me feel special like I was the only person there.
Thank you so very much,
Lynn
