if i could give them zero stars i would. my experience from the beginning was horrible with a 3 hour consultation for my wisdom teeth, they tried to convince me i had gingivitis and that i had to pay 50 dollars to treat it (i have braces i wouldn't be able to have them if i did) fast forward to my cleaning, that whole thing was horrible every two seconds i was getting stabbing in my gums, after she gave me a toothbrush never mentioned that i would have to pay for it, yet later noticed they charged me 150 for it. next i went back for 7 fillings which im not convinced i needed but i still did it anyways, i got there and dr. O said i had more than he thought. i was there for 4 hours with a bite block in my mouth the whole time, i was getting bad lock jaw, towards the end of the 4 hours i could feel everything he was doing, drilling my gums, kept getting the suck tube shoved down my throat, he would grab my jaw and my head and pull back as hard as he could for minutes at a time. after the appointment a big chunk came out of one of my teeth leaving a hole, went back to get that fixed just for that was 1 hour (mostly waiting) he didn't fill one of my teeth all the way so my nerve is revealed, drinking water sends shooting pain up my jaw, there is a constant pain. absolutely horrible experience, save your time and go to an actual good dentist that doesn't just want your money.

Very happy with Sarah she was very helpful. Mary was very awesome on the deep cleaning. The first initial visit was on March 19th. The girls that had me and Dr.O was very nice. Thank you all for putting me at ease. A little nervous about April 23rd but I know I'll get through it with all the great people here in the Janesville office. Thank you guys for being so amazing.

Amazingly fast, super friendly! I walked in to ask about pricing and wait times and they not only had a super deal for me, they got me in and did x-rays, exam, consultation, and even squeezed me in for immediate impressions and I am so grateful. Another dentist extracted my teeth without doing impressions and has left me without teeth for 10 weeks. Aspen will have teeth in a little over a week.
10/10 would highly recommend!

Super friendly and understanding staff. The check in process was fast and easy. I was informed when I made the appointment that because it was my first time there it was gonna be a longer than usual visit, which was nice to know ahead of time. We came up with a plan to get me to feel happy and confident with my smile again.
