I had an excellent experience with Jacob, the dentist and his assistant. They were able to correct an issue that another dentist had done incorrectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Both were professional, kind, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Their positive attitude and even singing while they worked created a relaxed atmosphere that made the appointment much less nerve wracking. I drove a little over an hour to see them, and it was absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend their office.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Taylor was especially friendly and professional. I have been pleased with my results so far in my process. The dentist is very informative and personable. I felt very comfortable at all times. I would recommend Aspen Dental.

My husband had the worst experience at this facility! I would highly recommend going to one in a bigger city. The lab tech at this establishment doesn’t listen to the patient who is paying for the service. We paid almost 4000 dollars for my husband’s new dentures and because he had such an overbite he has to have smaller teeth and gums. The lab tech just kept telling him that it wouldn’t be that big once in acrylic and we knew that wasn’t true. he had a broken set they could have went off of but insisted they knew what they were doing. Very very disappointing when you pay for a service and are pretty much ignored. left without the teeth fitting properly and will be going someplace in indianapolis to get them
resized and fit to his mouth properly. If you wanna waste time I would recommend going here. If you want it done right the first time, I
would go elsewhere. unfortunately the lab tech here doesn’t know how to do his job properly and probably shouldn’t be employed!

My son went in to get his teeth cleaned, a first visit for him at this dental office. They quoted a bunch of random bs that really didn't make sense for $3,082.00 to do laser cleaning. Patients balance $1,503.40. And was told he has 1 maybe cavity. High way robbery at its finest. My son will not be coming back. Here's the kicker though. The paper work he was given shows nothing as far as details of work to take place. Just the dollar amounts.

Excellent experience. I was seen before my appointment time. The dentist and assistant was very good at explaining what they were doing. I highly recommend them.
