I walked in for dental information. My questions were answered by receptionist. By the time I knew was going to have a appointment on the spot. Staff was wonderful. Meeting my new dentist Dr. Reyn he was franstick explaining everything about my teeth and asking what my needs were I was so excited. I have never felt so satisfied when hearing about my teeth. I then met Maor Khan operations manager. She was franstick helping me financially able to afford my dental procedures cost. I couldn't believe that I was finally going to be able to smile in pictures. I said to them to bring the cameras so I could be in a commercial for Aspeental in Joliet, IL. I can't wait to look at myself in the mirror and smile. Thank you so much for changing my life. You will always be my dental office. I would recommend to everyone.

Angie and Stephanie were AWESOME!!! So helpful, professional, and incredibly kind! I had a new Dentist today, who was absolutely fabulous! He was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! I was also fortunate enough to speak to two very nice ladies regarding my current bill and balance. They, too, were extremely attentive.

Don’t go to this location. As someone who also works in healthcare, has experience assisting in surgery, and educating patients, this place did not meet my expectations. They really treat you like you're just there to pay them. Went for a wisdom tooth extraction surgery today. I asked the surgeon if I could keep my teeth and he said no. :( The assistant didn’t tell me anything she was hooking me up to. Even the doctor wasn’t going to tell me when he was going to stick me. All he said was “just keep your arm straight so we can do this fast”. And I had to ask what they were giving me. No one ever verbally went over any risks with me or explained the process. When someone went over the medications I would need for post-op, she went through the instructions way too fast tor me to understand. I had to ask her to repeat herself. They seemed really rushed. That makes me worry about how elderly patients are treated and if they’re being informed properly. I asked how much all of the post-op medication would be and she said WITHOUT insurance it would be $22. My mom went to pick up the prescription after my surgery and it was over $60 WITH insurance. Asked the pharmacist for it without insurance too and he said it would cost even more. So…straight up lying about price when I had already previously mentioned my financial concern to them. My mom said at a different Aspen location, my brother was put in a wheelchair and wheeled to the car after his surgery. He was a lot more awake and talkative than me. I remember walking was very hard and I was very dizzy. I was given no wheelchair and my mom said there was no update on how the surgery went. She said someone just walked me out and said “she’s ready to go”. I was leaning against walls and stumbling. There was a wheelchair in the waiting room I’m not sure why they didn’t use it. I wasn’t given any irrigator and they only gave me 3 pieces of gauze to take home?? When I had 4 teeth extracted?? Doesn’t make sense at all. I would have gone somewhere else knowing what I do now. I want my time and money back.

Went in for an emergency filling and they pushed a ton of different services on me and I felt pressured. Luckily I ended up not going through with it and paid for my visit right then and there. I got a random bill a year after my dental appointment for that filling 9/19/25 for $377. I ended up getting that resolved after going back and forth with them. Did not have a good experience. Then I got a call today saying I had a missed appointment and past due balance when I’ve never even scheduled a follow up appointment as I made it clear I was not going back. I’m not sure why I keep getting contacted and getting appointments scheduled when I’m not making them. Went to my usual dentist and it was way cheaper and didn’t even need half those services they were pushing on me.

Aspen dental should be called Aspen dentures. I called to see if I can get a tooth pulled Immediately. They said, sure.Come on in no problem. mind you, I have one tooth on the bottom of my jaw, what need to be pulled. So of course , they had to take X rays for that one solo tooth, after dentist walked in and talked about how I had other loose teeth needed to be pulled immediately, I told them they're not to bad weight, Just pull the bad tooth, which he proceeded to say We need to makeup a plan for dentures, I told him that's down the road , just pull the tooth, but he directed me to a lady who wanted to discuss a plan about dentures, i told her I wasn't interested in this at this time.Just pull this one bad tooth. That is when the dentist said we do not extract one tooth so after wasting an hour in the office. And somebody out lying to me about getting my tooth pulled. i'm glad to have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to have it pulled by a professional dentist. All there interested in is pushing dentures if you're ready or not
