This is a honest review. This was my first time coming to Aspen dental. I came in for a consul For motto aligners on February 10,2026. They did not make it clear they would charge my insurance for this at all. When I came in for the consultation the space was clean and the receptionist was kind. I went to get my X-rays and they did not complete this because I was pregnant. I did some type of 3D scans on my teeth and they said I may be a candidate. They also said I had cavities and wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. The dentist also was rushing and was forceful in my mouth hurting me through the process. She also barely spoke English. At the end of the consultation they took me to a room to another room to print out a sheet with all the prices. Apparently to them everything came out to 2500 dollars that they wanted out of pocket! They then tried to make me book about her cleaning with them an asked me to pay upfront which was 250.00
Yesterday I went to a different dentist for another opinion. This dentist was Jesse Grimm in kernersville and they were amazing. They told me I did have cavities and wisdom teeth that needed to be removed and my insurance covered this. They did a cleaning for me which was covered and made me aware that aspen dental charges me for a cleaning on my there leaving me with none left for the year. Now I will have to pay out of pocket for my next cleaning. Aspen dental never gave me a cleaning that day. I only went for a consultation for motto aligners so I鈥檓 not sure why they charged me for a cleaning. I do not appreciate them for doing this and not letting me know. Then to try and go behind my back and schedule me for another cleaning and pay them 250.00 is wrong. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone and will never come here again.

I had a consultation today and had such a great experience with Bry and Dave. They were both very kind, patient, and made sure I fully understood everything that was going on with my teeth and my upcoming treatment plan. They took the time to explain things clearly and answered all of my questions. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I really appreciate their professionalism and support ! Thank you both!

I never feel like going to the dentist is ever "special" but this latest trip to the dentist was super special! All thanks to Pooja who did a wonderful job from start till end. I cannot forgot to highlight on the check-out process that made my day so great! Huge appreciation for Bri who really helped me work through my financial plan to get the BEST treatment plan for me!

The ladies at this location are simply the BEST!!! This includes them being professional, from the front desk, to insurance claims, the ladies in the back rooms, and their patience. I've been going here for about 2 years and I'm always greeted with a smile 馃槂. They take the time to make sure I leave satisfied. If you miss an appointment it is your own fault because they send emails and text reminders up until your appointment date. I would say who my favorite person is but I can't because they all are!! When I was there earlier this week I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the work done I needed due to job change n my insurance not kicking in yet but these ladies looked n sure enough it was already insured. Yay!!! If I do a review it's most definitely the real deal n these ladies are the real deal!!! Thank you!!! This is the only dentist office I'm happy to deal with. See you all next appointment!!!!

From the moment I walked in, the office manager, Dave, was friendly, welcoming, and truly made me feel comfortable鈥攕omething I鈥檝e never experienced with owners or managers in large corporate settings. He set the bar extremely high.
Dr. Tyler and Kay were great throughout my visit鈥攂oth very knowledgeable, patient, and intentional about making sure I fully understood what was going on. Dave checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was doing well, which you almost never see in a setting like this, but it genuinely matters.
I鈥檒l absolutely continue doing business here, and I鈥檓 confident Dave鈥檚 leadership and care make a real impact.
