Aspen dental in Killeen is a great place to get your dental needs done. Starting with
Dr. Haynes she is great. Dr. Haynes reassured that I won't have any problems under her care because I was scared because I haven't been to a dentist in over 30 years. Because of Dr. Haynes I'm feeling really good about myself with my dentures.
Dr Haynes and her staff are the best.
Melissa the dental assistant was so nice to me, again very reassuring that I felt very comfortable with her working on me also Trisston he is very professional and explain every steps of the way. Also Eric in the lab did a great job in making sure my dentures fit and has smiling with confidence! Alaysia the in take person at the front desk is very friendly and nice person, and Shaleece who has a great since of humor and kept me laughing. Aspen Dental in Killeen I recommend great place

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The visit was very informative and helpful. The staff took their time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the professionalism and care provided. I left feeling confident about my dental health and next steps. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Haynes for her exceptional care and dedication to her patients. She was incredibly sweet and present, which made us feel safe throughout the process. My husband was certain that his tooth couldn’t be saved, but Dr. Haynes assured us that it could be.
Nick, the office manager, was nice and incredibly supportive in helping us with financing, and we were approved, which really relieved our stress. The front desk clerks, especially Ms. Shalece, were very welcoming and made our check-in process smooth. Additionally, Ms. Crystal was wonderful in coordinating appointments that fit both mine and my husband’s schedules, even accommodating my changes with kindness and understanding.
Overall, the entire staff was outstanding, including the young gentleman who took my husband’s X-rays and the one who cleaned his teeth. They made us feel comfortable throughout the visit! Aspen Dental's whole staff deserves a 10/10, and I will highly recommend them!

I would give Dr. Hayes and her assistant a “10” if possible..Dr Hayes is a wonderful dentist she’s really caring and honest and does excellent work. Her assistant does a great job as well. I don’t know her name, but she’s a young lady with wide glasses.
I would give the billing department a “0” My problem is with them. I was told my dental work for 3 crowns and one filling would cost $4,474.80. I got approved from CareCredit right there so Aspen got their money upfront. They filed claims with my insurance company and 2 of them were denied by the insurance company. They got paid $1,911.20 from my Insurance company plus my $4,474.80 from CreditCare and it shows I have an outstanding balance of $1,004.00 which doesn’t add up. They should owe me money, not me owing them or credit my CreditCare account
. I spoke to the bookkeeper in person at my last visit and asked if he could resubmit the 2 claims that was denied and asked him about my insurance payments and CreditCare bill but I don’t feel I got anything solved.
I did a 3 way call on May 19, 2026 to Aspen Dental with my insurance company, when I asked to speak to the billing department, I was disconnected.
At my last visit I was informed that I needed another filling, when I ask the billing guy if it was included in the previous bill he said no it would be $2000 for the filling. It shows on the website that a filling cost $259.00..I feel like I’m being scammed. I’m a senior citizen that just don’t have money to give away. It probably would have been cheaper to get dentures.

It was great. It was easy to make an appointment and be seen right away. Everyone was so nice. I don't like going to the dentist and put off going for a long time. Technicians were all gentle and explained everything that they were doing. I was put at ease and was not afraid.
It's a clean facility. They have the latest equipment .
