First impressions as I walked in: The office is super clean and modern. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. I filled out most of my forms online but needed to update my health history on an iPad but it was very quick and easy. Since it was my first visit we had to update my x-rays but that was overall a smooth experience sine they had some pretty high-tech gadgets. My hygienist was Melissa. She was so funny to talk with and my teeth looked and felt great after. She even did a 3D scan of my mouth which was honestly creepy to look at but also cool at the same time? Dr. Mogre was very nice and told me I was in tip-top shape. Overall I had a great visit- quick and painless. The staff definitely knows what their doing. Would recommend!

From start to finish, every person I interacted with today was so utterly kind and respectful of me. Not once was I uncomfortable or felt pressured to do anything! Shelby was super thorough when explaining things and my dentist was also so kind. I 100000% recommend coming here, if you need anything done dental wise!

First impression of this business was on point! When I walked into the business, I was shocked to see how nicely decorated it was. Being nervous about getting dental work done as it was, I felt less nervous seeing how "like home" it felt walking in.
I was greeted by the receptionist with a big smile, and a welcoming good morning! I had questions before I established with them as a new patient, and Cassandra answered them all. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. It made me feel comfortable with scheduling an exam, and confident i would get the care i needed!! I would recommend Aspen Dental in Killingly for any dental work you need....they are very transparent, reasonable, and will walk you through every step of the way!

Positive, confident, friendly, and knowledgeable staff!! Front office was very helpful. I was listened to, and actually given the chance to explain what was going on
...and then all the questions I had about establishing care with them were answered clearly, nd confidently. Im excited to start a relationship with this company. I finally feel there is a dental office in our quiet corner that actually cares!! Welcome to Killingly Aspen Dental!! Were happy your here!!

Completely scammed me made me pay way more then what my estimated cost would be they made me take out a loan and credit card never contacted my insurance company so I had to pay for everything out of pocket. On top of that they also forgot to give me antibiotics so I ended up getting an infection, also told me I would be okay to return to my day to day activities after a day which I was not able to do whatsoever. They also did not know what medications I was allergic to even though I had put it on all my forms cause I’m extremely allergic to certain medications yet they almost gave them to me due to their own negligence an laziness. Overall they love to cut corners, scam people for all their money and are extremely persistent when it comes to the loans and credit cards. Would never recommend anyone to go here and would urge you to stay way and safe yourself the hassle.
