I really enjoyed my experience with Aspen Dental. I have had some reservations about dental offices that kept me away but the team there made me feel comfortable.
Angie was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Ari took her time explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. Kelsey assisted and was patient with me through my discomfort.
Alyssa did an incredible job with my cleaning. I was amazed at the difference she made.
And the office manager, Khaila, was as fun as she was informative. She gave me options to make sure I could get treatment done and got everything scheduled for me at my initial visit.
I look forward to visiting the Kingsland team again.

Will never darken their doors again. It has little to do with the employees & their professionalism. It has EVERYTHING to do with the corporation. I've endured far too much & spent far too much money with the company to endure any more. Including 5 canceled appointments for cleanings.

Every staff member i met this morning for my first appointment were friendly, informative, and easy to speak with regarding what I came in for. From the front desk to the provider to my hygienist, all just so kind! I was not pressured into anything that I did not want to do, was informed on options I had, and my treatment plan was explained thoroughly. It was also easy to get an appointment which is nice compared to my last dentist where changing an appointment meant ypu wouldn't been seen for 6 weeks.

People are generally nice, but I felt like I was being pressured by salespeople trying to convince me to work on something I didn’t need. My wife was taken for $800, and they tried the same tactic on me. When I refused to have the work done, they refused to clean my teeth. I had to fight hard to get them to do it, but I still had to pay $80. It felt like I was paying for the cleaning. My wife is trying to get her money back because I told her she didn’t want them messing up her mouth. I doubt they’ll give it to her. As you see in the pictures below that I was being charge $22 while the wife said $0. Then charge me $8.10 and charge wife $0.

The Dentist was unenthusiastic about the appointment and spent a very short time actually looking at my teeth. I found this facility through my insurance company and yet and still they claim that I owe a balance when I am allowed a free check up and cleaning. Why? Because they refuse to update their system to the correct dental codes so that my insurance can process the claim. My insurance sent them notices multiple times. I even talked to the office manager who insured me that she would take care of it or call me. That never happened and she did not reach out to inform me of the status of that issue. I am still receiving emails, bills in the mail and text messages. The only reason I give two stars is the personnel were friendly.
