I visited a small dental office but they went out of network so I tried Aspen. The smaller dental occur said my gums were in good shape, (It had been decades since I had seen a dentist - I have a broken front tooth and broken molar and 11 cavities) and is need 1 crown and 10 fillings all total about $5k Aspen told me I needed $18k wish of work, starting with $1100 deep cleaning and treatment on my gums. They said I have 4 fillings, 7 crowns and pull one of my very back molars. One of the crowns is for a tooth with nothing wrong with it - no cavity, chip or even pain. The molar they want to pull had no cavity and causes no pain. Then, I wanted a detailed explanation and they want me to come back in where they can charge my insurance for another visit. I have a credit on my account, have their paperwork and my insurance statement - they charged $2,651 - ins allowed wa $1874, my plan paid $ 931.80 and I paid (not the $942.50 balance) $1,191.80. My credit balance does not match that but I requested a refund and they only show the power me $175 and change. What's the other $50??? Let's see what happens next.
Oh and the were in such a hurry to get my husband's insurance money before his plan year end, the promised him implants and got him loans (which he's paid on for over a year) then, after pulling all his upper teeth, told him his bones wouldn't handle the implants. Lower the payments abs team is the loan? NO. Why didn't they do bone density testing BEFORE they started????

The Kingsport office of Aspen Dental is the very best dentist I have found thus far in the
Tri-Cities. The Aspen Dental office in Bristol was chaos, there were literally so many employees that they were just in each other’s way. I will never go there again!!
ASPEN DENTAL IN KINGSPORT IS MY DENTIST OFFICE AS OF TODAY. NOT ONLY ARE THEY PUNCTUAL BUT THEY ARE ALSO COURTEOUS AND ANSWERS FOR ALL MY QUESTIONS. *and very affordable payment options* along with **Recommendations for two posts on the bottom dentures** since they are the most difficult and uncomfortable. I literally got more information, mouth and gum exam, x-rays, a timeline for the visits between now and picking up my new set of dentures. Today was the yucky molds, next Friday is the wax mold and the third Friday is to pick up my dentures. The Aspen Dental in Bristol was going to be 11 visits!!!
It’s so worth it to try them out!!! You will not be disappointed.
I’ll add reviews on the road to my new set of dentures.

I had a great experience my first time there! All staff are great they make you feel like you are in good hands and they take time to make sure you understand everything going on with your visit,they listen carefully and have patience to explain! Giving you support in your choices is the greatest feeling.

Brittany, who had only been with America’s Best in Kingsport , TN for a month, was absolutely wonderful to my mother. She was so sweet and made sure my Mom understood every step that was taken to help with her issue.
