Everyone is professional at Kingston Aspen Dental. The receptionists explain everything upfront such as billing etc. Dentists and dental team are friendly and let me know timeframes. Once they brought me back, they didn’t just leave me waiting in the chair for extended periods of time. Exam was quick and the dentist accommodated my quick change of dental needs to repair a chipped tooth on-the-spot. I asked for a payment plan and was able to get approved for one. My tooth looks perfect and my smile is beautiful again; so I am very pleased!

I would give no stars if I could. Hygienists are the only good thing about this place. Horrific cash grab with through the roof prices, VERY rude managers and doctors whom have ZERO bedside manner. This place still owes me money even after my insurance paid them out already. I went to efros for a consult as I was instructed to do and they were so kind to me I almost cried in comparison to this absolute horror show. Do Not go here! All quotes are out of pocket and then they reimburse you when they are ready to. I had no clue they were doing this until someone mentioned credits on my account. No One explained this to me. They also made me gather my own pre determination letters from insurance without telling me they needed this ahead of time. I have never had such an absolute horrible experience and been treated so poorly. $1400 for a deep cleaning. They set people up with credit cards in their office. It’s a freaking JOKE! Treatment plans=money to this franchise. Beware! Update: after seeing another dentist he informed me that he disagreed with Aspen’s treatment plan and that my x-rays that I HAD to have per Aspen were specifically for implants even though I told Aspen several times I was not financially able to consider them. $190 for that X-Ray and I just got my refund for the other half over a month later. I had to call my insurance and tell them what was going on here and inform Aspen they would getting a call from them if they didn’t pay me back. Unreal and I am so happy to be away from this place. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed. Super BEWARE!

My visit was exceptional. They got me in right away and took great care of me. Amber got my x-rays done quickly and comfortably. Dr. Russo was thorough and gave me a detailed explanation of treatment. Cheyenne, Ty, and Jackie were wonderful up front with both sign-in and explaining financial options. All the staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. It really felt like they went the extra mile for me.

I had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental in Kingston, NY! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
The dental team was truly exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide top-notch care.
The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I especially appreciated how they respected my time and kept everything running on schedule.
If you’re looking for a dental office that combines expertise with kindness and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Kingston. Five stars all the way!

I had such a great experience at Aspen and wanted to share how impressed I was with the team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
A special thank you to Jacquelyn, who truly went above and beyond. Her attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really shows.
