Aspen Dental is great. From the moment I walked in the staff was wonderful. The gave it to me straight on how I had neglected my teeth. However it was in such a loving kind way. I could tell they really cared about my health and well being as we laughed together. Once I went to Megan who went over the cost of what needed to be done (which blew my mind). She assisted on how I could bring that number down to under half of the original cost for that I am so grateful. I am so happy that I went to Aspen Dental. Go Aspen Dental Staff you all are awesome. I would recommend you all to everyone I could think of.

I needed to have a tooth extracted and went online around 5:00 PM to look for an appointment. To my surprise, I was able to schedule one for 9:00 the very next morning. I’ll admit, I was a little concerned that I might be walking into a typical corporate, run-of-the-mill dental franchise. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was a professional, well-run dental office with excellent systems, policies, and procedures in place. Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. From the time I walked through the door until the extraction was completed was only about an hour, including all the X-rays, diagnostics, and the procedure itself. Jezzel was absolutely great! She was friendly, kind, attentive, and just an awesome person to have assisting the dentist. She helped make an unpleasant situation a much better experience. Five days later, I was still experiencing some pain, so I walked in at 9:00 AM without an appointment. I was in the dental chair by 9:02! They took X-rays, had the doctor examine me, applied medication for the pain, and I was walking back out the door by 9:20 AM. To top it off, there was no charge for the follow-up visit. From the initial appointment to the unexpected follow-up care, the efficiency, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. My experience honestly couldn’t have been better, and I would highly recommend them!

Going to the dentist has always been anxiety ridden for me. The unknown of how much and how bad the problem was always intimidated me. I started having bad tooth pain and searched for a place that was transparent in pricing but also compassionate bed side manner. They got me in less than 12 hours and were so attentive from the front desk making sure I had an insurance they took and letting me know the price up front if I didn’t. The assistants were so wonderful and friendly and helpful. They made everything so seamless and efficient. The dental hygienist, Charlotte, was the sweetest, she gave me the education behind everything, which I personally love. After I saw her, I saw the Dr , who was very nice and let me know all of the options I had without scaring me. Then I talked to the office manager, Megan, and she was absolutely awesome. I really felt like she was on my side. She made it happen with financing and scheduled my procedure for the same day! They have so many financing options and make the treatment possible so that you’re not in pain and not putting off treatment either. We made a game plan and I’m confident moving forward with my treatment! I cannot say enough about this staff, made me feel seen and comfortable (even when I was crying lol) I’d recommend them hands down. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me! 🫶🏻❤️

​I had a great experience at the Aspen Dental in Kyle. The office is run efficiently, and the entire staff was professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. ​I specifically worked with Megan Schoener, and she was excellent. She’s very down-to-earth and did a great job of explaining everything clearly without making things feel rushed or complicated. It definitely made the visit much smoother than I expected. ​If you're looking for a reliable dental office in the area, this is a solid choice. Highly recommend.

I love Aspen dental. Not since my small-town family dentist growing up have I felt so welcomed by a dental team. Most medical/dental offices have different faces each time you go in. Not this office. Every time I have an appointment I know I’m going to see my friend Charlotte. I bonded with Charlotte four years ago because I wanted to watch the World Cup on tv while she was cleaning my teeth (which she happily obliged). Over the years, Charlotte and I have shared stories about our families, interests, vacations, and life changes. What’s wild to me is that she remembers all of it six months later. I’m a customer service manager, and I’ve worked in many industries. Charlotte is one of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever met and she just so happens to clean teeth very well. The best part about it? She doesn’t make me feel bad when I haven’t cared for my teeth in an optimal way. She gives advice, tells me why, and finishes with encouragement. She should honestly write a book on how to provide best-in-class customer service for dental and medical professionals. Take this review for what you will, but I’m just some random dude. I have no doubt that Charlotte builds the same level of rapport with each patient she sees. Thanks for hiring the best, Aspen! And maybe consider offering Charlotte to train new-hires on how to make customers for life. *wink*
