I had a really good experience at Aspen Dental, and I want to thank Yonnel Thurmond, the office manager. She was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the plan and paperwork. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients having a smooth experience. The visit went great, and I felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend this office.

My first visit to Aspen Dental located in Laplace, LA was an exceptional experience. Everyone was nice and treated me with professionalism while assisting me. Ms. Korsha performed my X-rays and Dr.Hazard discussed my treatment process. Ms. Korsha made me feel right at home and agreed getting a 2nd opinion was in order. Today l met Korley and she was nice too. What an amazing team of professionals getting the job done and with a smile.

The entire office was accommodating, compassionate, and professional. The office manager went over and beyond for me, making sure I was seen in a timely manner. Dr Perez was extremely gentle and made sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain during my procedure and my hygienist was excellent and he made me laugh throughout my extraction which is remarkable. I felt cared for and I was treated as if I was their highest priority. I’m a registered nurse and I have been for almost 24 years and I would recommend this office to anyone. I’d also like to mention Daria from the front desk at the Metairie office for going the extra mile to make sure I was cared for.

I’ve had really terrible experiences at other dentists and this place by far has been the best experience. The staff were very nice and did not make me feel uncomfortable one time. They took the time to explain everything going on. Even the front of house people made sure I understood every charge and helped me decide on the best options for my treatment plans. Everyone made me feel like I’ve known them for years and spoke to me like a friend and not a client. I will refer any and everyone to Aspen Dental

My experience at the dentist was great. Paul and Korsha did a fantastic job—they were very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They took their time explaining the problem at hand and walked me through each step so I could understand what was going on. I really appreciated their patience, clear communication, and attention to detail. Overall, excellent service and I highly recommend them!
