Aspen Dental is a very caring place, not only for Seniors but for anyone. Starting with Dr. Hanoman, (who has a lot of experience as a Dentist and is also very kind), Dental Assistant Jose Sabrina, (who is very sweet and kind and has a lot of patience), Lab Tech Marlok, (who also possess a lot of patience and is very kind as well). Both, Jose and Marlok work as team to create wonderful fitting dentures. The Hygienist Syed ( is a sweet person). Office manager Jada (she is very nice and sweet). Last but not least is Aspen (the patient experience coordinator, she has an outstanding personality which is why she sits at the front of the office).

I am a new patient needing to establish with a dentist. Upon entering, I was greeted with a beautiful smile from Aspen, the receptigrays. She answered questions and was very patient. I was made to feel welcomed. Jose was super nice and took time with xrays. Dr Hanoman is very friendly, welcoming and eager to provide information and positive comments. She is knowledgeable and wants to continue with providing me with superb dental care. . She'd, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and very considerate. His patience is very appreciated. My teeth are very clean .

“Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience” I visited this office on Monday, February 16, 2026, and the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable from start to finish. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and clearly driven by profit rather than patient care. I was presented with a “pre-treatment” estimate of nearly $5,000, despite the fact that I see a dentist regularly and carry excellent dental insurance. The treatment plan was over-engineered, included multiple charges for services that were not necessary, and felt entirely sales-driven. Worse, I was charged for services I did not receive. Payment was required upfront, and now I am being forced to jump through endless hoops just to resolve basic billing and care issues. After my appointment, I was given a physical prescription for medication related to my treatment. When I brought it to the pharmacy, they advised that the prescription could not be filled because the usage instructions were incomplete and required clarification from the prescribing dentist. When I contacted the office on February 19, 2026, I was directed to speak with the dental hygienist, Syed, who provided incorrect medical information and insisted that I was “wrong” and that the office does not prescribe this medication—despite the fact that I was physically given the prescription by the doctor. Being dismissed and given inaccurate information was extremely frustrating and inappropriate. Due to the lack of support, I contacted Aspen Dental Corporate, who noted my account and asked the office manager, Jada, to reach out to me. While she did contact me, the interaction demonstrated a complete lack of managerial skill or patient advocacy. I was told that the only way to resolve the prescription issue was for me to: * Go back to the original pharmacy, * Retrieve the original prescription, * Bring it back to the Aspen Dental office for the dentist to review, * And if the dentist decided the prescription was “fine as written,” I would then need to take it to a different pharmacy and try again. Issuing a corrected prescription was refused. I was explicitly told I could not receive a new one and that this convoluted process was my only option. This level of inefficiency and lack of care is unacceptable. I do not have time to navigate unnecessary obstacles created by poor office management and communication. I also made it clear to the office manager that myself and five family members (six patients total) had recently become patients here—and because of how this situation was handled, we will not be returning. This office lost six patients due to prioritizing rigid process and profit over basic patient care and common sense. I have since contacted Aspen Dental Corporate again to document the continued lack of resolution. Because I did not receive all services I was charged for, I have also contacted my credit card company to formally dispute the charges. I was advised that a corporate manager will be contacting me regarding this matter. This office is disorganized, dismissive, and focused on revenue—not patients. I would strongly caution others before seeking care here.
