I have a lot going on with my poor little teeth! This work family here made me feel comfortable! Ariah did an amazing job on my first visit and with my deep cleaning and with my follow up! The ladies at the front desk are super sweet too! I also enjoyed meeting with Dr. Sadberry, he felt confident in the treatment plan for my teeth! I look forward to coming back soon to get more work done!

It was great the first visit, the following day I was scheduled to have molds made. The appointment was @2:30, not sure what happened. But I was in the waiting room for an hour. Once I was called back thing's moved right along. I was out of there by 4:30.

This review concerns the clinical conduct and professional judgment of the treating dentist.
What began as a routine crown procedure became prolonged and unnecessarily distressing due to repeated technical failures and inconsistent clinical reasoning. The temporary crown detached multiple times. Despite this recurring issue, no clear explanation or accountability was provided for the failure. The temporary crown issue was resolved maybe 2 days before I was supposed to get the permanent crown. The appointment to get the permanent crown also had to be rescheduled because of some delay, for which the explanation was "weather." The length of time this has taken is also interfering with orthodontic treatment as I was told to not wear my retainer while I have the temporary crown. I have not been able to wear my retainer for approximately 3 weeks and still counting.
During follow-up visits a second dentist, who did not even examine me, raised the possibility of a root canal. This suggestion was made despite the absence of diagnostic indicators: no spontaneous pain, no prolonged thermal sensitivity, no percussion pain, no throbbing, and no functional pain with biting. When asked directly to justify this escalation, the only rationale offered was that the tooth had a “large filling” and was “leaky.” No objective findings, imaging-based explanation, or diagnostic criteria were articulated.
Notably, the temporary crown fully resolved the symptoms that prompted treatment. Rather than recognizing this as evidence of stability, the second dentist expressed concern that permanent cement could worsen the condition, again without providing a clinical basis. This contradiction was neither explained nor reconciled.
Most concerning was the treating dentist’s handling of patient distress. During one procedure, I was visibly distressed almost crying in the chair. Treatment continued without pause, dubious inquiry, and without consent to proceed while I was in clear emotional distress. No break was offered. No assessment was made as to my ability to continue. Close to tears, word for word, he asked me 'Are you not relaxed?' And 'Why are you not relaxed?' But still offered no break or concern. When his assistant offered to give me a break the dentist physically pushed her hand down from trying to retrieve the bite block and said 'No break, let's get this done.' This represents a serious lapse in professional judgment and patient-centered care.
Throughout the course of treatment, communication has been vague, dismissive of questions, and unsupported by evidence-based explanation. The cumulative effect is significant distress driven not by the procedure itself, but by how it is being managed.
The office staff were professional and courteous. The concerns outlined here pertain solely to the dentist.
Based on this experience, I would urge patients seeking clear diagnostic reasoning, technical reliability, and informed consent to consider other providers.
UPDATE:
Their reply to my review stated that customer service reached out. I was not contacted by customer service. I have been actively waiting for that call and answered unfamiliar numbers specifically expecting it. If an attempt was made, no voicemail was left and no record of contact exists on my end.

My experience with Aspen Dental was great. Ariah Jackson was awesome! She explained everything to me and constantly checked to make sure I was doing ok. I really do appreciate that because my past experience with other dentists was not even close to the service I got here. Thank you guys so much. The receptionist also rock.
