My name is A. Rivera. I reached out recently to Aspen dental located at 281 N. Edwards Blvd., Lake Geneva Wisconsin 23147. From the bottom of my heart, I must thank this dental facility. From the moment I contacted the office with the most respectful polite representative female agent. You could hear her smile. She booked me appointment right away. When I arrived in my appointment, every member of staff made me feel welcomed as if I’d been seen there before allowing me to relax and properly be evaluated bye all members of each department. When I met the Doctor she couldn't make me feel more comfortable that I actually looked forward to treatment for the first time EVER since n my life. After my appointment I was concerned about payments for treatments I now knew I needed. This facility is privileged I feel to have an ANGLE working in insurance-billing and finance department. She and the love of my life/partner were able to locate a finance Company to assist me in billing to ensure I get the treatment, I now knew I needed it, but most of all I wanted due to these ladies. Thank you to this dental facility!

I will start by saying the beautiful, smiling ladies at the front desk are always so kind! Not only are they cordial- they are personable. This is what sets Samantha Cox run Aspen Dental different from the rest. From initial consult, to ease of scheduling, & not to mention the LOVELY Jessi who always helps me whether it’s appointment bookings, to my pain in the butt requests regarding my account. 😂 the staff at this Aspen Dental do their job with efficiency & respect to their patients. The best dental work I’ve had done in my 34 years on this Earth, LOL! (Coming from a person who had a horrible experience in the past with a dentist & truly has anxiety even going to one!) also, even though it was one of the busiest times of the day, each staff member took the time to welcome the guests & they make you feel comfortable & do it with a smile! As a mom of a “Three-nager” LOL I can honestly say my 2 1/2 hrs there was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Can’t wait to be back in May & get my crown done & see Dr. Cox & her extraordinary team! So happy with my smile & im excited to continue my care in their hands. 👏🏼🫶🏼

I had a very pleasant experience there yesterday. All of my concerns were addressed. Everyone that I talked to yesterday was very kind and friendly. I am very excited to get my treatment plan started! They got me in the very next day of me calling which was awesome. I would highly recommend that you go and check them out!

First time going to Aspen and it was amazing!!!! I wish I could rate them higher. Emma is wonderful with making you feel welcome. Octavia is great with scheduling you when it works. Dr. Cox is super sweet and makes you feel at ease (which works for anxious people like me). If I forgot to mention anyone I'm sorry. And if you need an office that truly cares go here. Friendly, caring, professional all the way. Simply 👍 great!

I’ve been every dentist’s worst nightmare. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been terrified of the dentist—more than anything else on earth. Because of that fear, I avoided care for years, and my teeth paid the price.
Over the past five years I’ve endured three extractions from hell and twice as many root canals followed by crowns. Every single one was an extremely unpleasant, painful experience.
Yesterday, I had a massive upper rear tooth extracted by Dr. Cox and her wonderful assistant. I was genuinely shocked at how smoothly and comfortably it went. The procedure was quick, professional, and far less painful than I expected.
Dr. Cox and her assistant (props to recep and finance gal too) made what has always been my biggest fear feel manageable and even painless. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone—especially those who are anxious or have had bad experiences in the past.
