This place really seems to care about their patients. Embarrassed of my own teeth, this place made me feel no judgement whatsoever, everybody is extremely kind. I had to have my teeth pulled and dentures made for me, Jameelah is hands down one of the most personable and experienced staff members I encountered, she talks to you like a person and seems to know exactly what do to when you need help. Her personality is unmatched and her attitude is awesome! I would also like to say the dentist JP is tremendous. I had some discomfort with my immediate dentures and she's managed to get me in to adjust them the same day working around other patients, she's unbelievably professional as well as kind. I've always had an irrational fear of going to the dentist but I can now say because of them it no longer exists. When it came to finding affordable options for my dentures Kas is the one to go to. He took the time to find me the best route to go, also finding me a lender to help with the upfront cost of the whole procedure that wasn't covered by my insurance, he went above and beyond to make sure I would get everything I needed and not struggle financially. He is very knowledgeable on ways to help and not to mention very professional and kind. Last but not least when it came to the front desk Maya was the one dealing with me, the first day her amazing attitude and kindness put me at ease immediately, she is truly one of the nicest people I've met. She got me checked in, and given a little hiccup on my end the day of extraction she never once made me feel bad/guilty for anything, constantly reassuring me that everything was ok and not to worry. I couldn't ask for a better crew to have taken care of me at this Aspen dental. 10/10 would recommend to everybody!

Don’t make this your dental place! I went there for a root canal 7 months ago. My tooth still hurts for some reason. Next issue (that’s still currently an issue) I had a dental checkup/cleaning scheduled for June. Got my babysitter to take personal time off of work to watch my kids so I could go up there, and at the last minute they contacted me saying they had to cancel the appointment and then rescheduled me for July. Well, today is July 3 and my appointment is for July 8 and they didn’t even call me this time. They sent me some random email saying that they apologize but they need to reschedule me again. For a simple appointment!! And once again, I have to tell my babysitter who scheduled more personal time off from her job so that she could watch my kid that it was all for nothing. I don’t think I’ll ever get in for a simple dental cleaning. Atrocious.

Rip off! My son went there for a broken tooth, he was there for 7 hours and they still managed to forget to do impressions, had to go back in the morning for that. Then at the end of his visit the hygienist came in and told him he was supposed to do a deep cleaning but his mouth had enough for one day so he literally did a quick 7 minute cleaning but charged him for a deep cleaning. When my son came back he told the receptionist this and she rolled her eyes at him, he reminded the hygienist about it and he didn't even respond to him, just started talking about something else. We called billing to get the charge taken off but they said because it's charted that it was done then it was done. A deep cleaning takes 1 to 2 hours per side and is done in 2 visits. He did not get that done but they're making him pay for it because they won't admit they made a mistake. And they treat you like crap if you try to correct them, that's how he's been treated by them.

My daughter had her first visit at Aspen Dental today. She hasn't been to a dentist in 8 years. She had very bad anxiety about going since her last experience at a dentist office was horrible! Let me tell you...Alison was a complete angel! She put my daughter at ease with her quick wits and great personality! Thank you so much Alison! You are appreciated beyond words!!! The whole team at Aspen Dental are wonderful people! I have never felt more welcomed at any other dental office! I'm so pleased to have found this place for my daughter. I know she and myself will be forever grateful for them 🥰
