Oh my gosh they are all so awesome! My experience was 5Star from front desk to X-rays to exam to checkout. Dr Que is humble and gentle, listens well, and responds well. He addressed the exact issues that I had concerns about and made me feel at ease. Jay, Autumn and Leah all were kind yet professional. Thank you so much; you made my day!

They are such a caring dental office. The check in process is quick and the employees at the front desk and the ones that are dental assistants are very welcoming and set you at ease about the whole process. They take their time with you and answer all your questions. Dr Que the dentist is very thorough and gentle. I always hated going to the dentist but they made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I Highly recommend this Lancaster dentist and his awesome staff.

Absolutely pathetic dental office. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, confirmed with the office. Come appointment day, they waited to tell me, AFTER taking full payment, the whitening kit was not there. This was a waste of my time and outright disrespectful. The office even called me the day of the appointment to ask if I could arrive early, due to a cancellation! I had to bid my work schedule around this appointment. The fact that they waited until the literal moment I walked through the door, taking payment and then telling me they can’t do what I paid for is beyond me. Go to any other dental office in the area. This was a terrible experience, highly do not recommend wasting your time!

A few weeks ago I went in to have a tooth checked & through xray Dr. Que found that I had infection in my jaw from a root canal done 4 years ago. I had that treated. Today I went back to have a crown prep on a different tooth. Dr. Que & his assistant were great! Bree did a FANTASTIC job with my temporary crown. She made sure I was comfortable with the fitting and truly cared of it fit correctly! Bree was professional & courteous! The Lancaster office is so friendly & professional! In today's world that matters!

Had an amazing experience with this team. They were able to get me in same day and schedule me within a week for my new smile. Dr. Que is great and made sure I felt comfortable. Brooklyn and Bree were very helpful as well
