I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The office was very clean, organized, and created a calm environment throughout the entire visit.
The staff was absolutely amazing鈥攃ourteous, helpful, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated that there was never any pressure; instead, they made me feel like they were truly invested in helping me on my dental journey.
Everyone in the office was positive, encouraging, and eager to help, which made such a difference. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of dental work. Their professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service made this a truly great experience.

My first visit with Aspen Dental was awesome. The entire staff was especially nice and welcoming. Everyone took time to fully explain what they were going to do.
I was very impressed with the technology being used. The attention to cleanliness is really appreciated. I look forward to future services.

I must say that my experience has been nothing but pleasant. From my first visit with having an initial appointment at another location and Serena behide the desk telling me not to worry they can take care of me right away. Two years later my final procedure complete and I still feel the same. That these folks care about their patients. Dr. Ti and his crew are so nice you forget your at the dentist. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who wants a bill that won't drain your bank and a fear of dentists. These folks know what they are doing and you always feel that your comfort is their top priority.

I went in for a free consultation. After 2 hours I had to leave to go pick up my child and still hadn't received an estimate or plan for my dental needs. After waiting a few days for an email with a that never came, I finally called to ask them again to send me the plan. Once I received it was easily $5,000 more than what I received from a different facility. I could understand paying more if the services were better but 2 hours for a consultation should equal a cheaper service in my opinion 馃槙 I would also like to point out that this review was solicited by the office. Otherwise I would have kept my opinions to myself.

As I am one of those people who do not enjoy going to dentist! Today I had a deep cleaning! Hygenist Nicole was outstanding! Explain everything she was doing, making sure I was not having any pain or discomfort! Felt very good having her do the work! On a scale of 1-10, she was a 10++++++
