Dr. Castro, Tiana, Dr. Candy, and Kilaya — we had an absolutely amazing experience with the team at Aspen Dental! From the very start, we were impressed that they’re open on Saturdays. My wife is an educator and I’m a business owner, so scheduling with traditional dental offices has always been a challenge. Finding Aspen Dental felt encouraging, though we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Like many people, we’ll admit that going to the dentist can sometimes feel like a phobia 😂—but this experience was the complete opposite. Every single team member was brilliant, engaging, and genuinely kind 😀. Dr. Castro was especially warm and very personable. She took her time explaining everything thoroughly without ever making it feel overwhelming or over our heads. Tiana and Candy were fantastic as well, making sure to slow things down so my wife and I fully understood every aspect of the treatment plan. Kilaya walked us through the X-rays and procedures with clarity and care, keeping the experience completely pain-free 💯. All in all, this was truly one of the best dental visits we’ve ever had. Highly recommended

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Within minutes she was able to determine what was wrong with my upper denture, this was after taking nearly a year to try and figure it out. My past dentist wasn’t a bad one, it’s just that this one is that much better! From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed and comfortable, and that was do to the friendly staff all with smiles. Don’t waste time looking around, your not going to find anything as good as Aspen Dental.

If you have dental anxiety the staff here is amazing. I’ve gone to at least a dozen different dentist due to anxiety. This is the first place I’ve been to in years that I didn’t leave having an anxiety attack. The staff is so friendly and took things at the pace I needed. They asked what music I liked and turned it on for me to relax before my procedure. Dr Hathaway was so great taking care of me. She came up with a couple next steps for me to see what would make me feel the most comfortable. Would stop if I needed a moment to regroup. All around a great dentist. Kendra did my cleaning and was super gentle. She has some of the best bedside manners I’ve ever had. My anxiety decreased so much through out the cleaning with how sweet she is. The staff here is top tier. I have not had one complaint or issue. Highly recommend!

For starters nicest most compassionate caring group of ppl I've ever dealt with,from the ladies in the office to my dentist she we awesome. I told her the part where they take the impression and I cant open my mouth make me extremely nervous she stood next to me helped me breath and have me a countdown to when I was done.meant the world to me. Not taking any stars away for this cause it's not there fault but having tiers and only being able to get the smile you can afford kinda hurts. I know it's corporate greed and not the lovely ladies at the office fault but being someone that lives alone lives check to check it hurts having a cap on how good I should feel about myself and my smile based on money. Just a punch in the gut to ppl that get up and try they're best everyday

I absolutely loved it here. The vibes were great. Libby made me feel at home when I started having anxiety. Office was super clean along with the bathroom. The dentist herself made sure I wasn’t scared and made sure I understood what was going on an felt good about it. Absolutely love it here and can’t wait to hopefully start working on my teeth ❤️❤️❤️
