I love the dentists and hygienists here which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But while I love the dental team, working with the admin team is a nightmare.
I originally switched to Aspen Dental when I noticed online appointment booking was an option as I HATE going back and forth with assistants to book things, but some months ago when I had to reschedule an appointment I realized this luxury is only available to new patients. Existing patients not only have to call, but answer the phone a few days before your appointment, otherwise they will cancel your appointment to fit someone else in. It’s happened twice to me and I’m furious.
As you can see from the screenshots, I scheduled an appointment on Feb 17th for Feb 23rd (less than a week away) and the person I spoke with said nothing about needing to reconfirm the appointment.
Then on Thursday at 2:20 pm, I get an email asking me to call to confirm my appointment.
By 3:50pm on the same day (90 mins later) I got another email telling me my appointment needs to be rescheduled. Mind you I was on site managing a very busy conference at the time and couldn’t drop everything to go back and forth with the team, nor did I think I only had 90 mins to call back
I called this Saturday and this morning during business hours and couldn’t get through. Only on my 3rd call at 11:30 did I get through and was informed that my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t confirm - I only had 90 mins to confirm with no fore-notice.
Again this is the 2nd time this happened as as someone who has a lot of respect for time I’m very irritated. I gave this feedback verbally a few months ago when the same thing happened but now am sharing it here so the admin team can actually take action. You messaged me one time to confirm my appointment and I had to call you 3 times to get through. It’s ridiculous to be held hostage by a vendor you are paying and have an appointment with. Now’s a great time to consider upgrading to email/online confirmations (it’s 2026 after all) or at least verifying that your team actually reached out 3 times over at least 72 hours before cancelling an appointment (both times I got cancelled within 2 hours after missing only 1 call - which is unacceptable as someone who works on my feet at in person and events).
I’m happy to ament this review once a change is implemented.
Til then, new customers, be very wary of how easy it is to book online: it all goes downhill once you become a patient.

I had a really great experience today with Dr. Sungpil Yoon and his assistant. I went in for a tooth extraction and was honestly a bit nervous, but they immediately put me at ease. They were both very professional, attentive to my concerns, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
The procedure itself was incredibly smooth—I could barely feel the extraction at all. Everything was handled with such care and precision that it made a big difference in my overall experience.
I truly appreciate their level of professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Yoon and his team to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I have only been going to Aspen Dental for a few months. The staff is amazing and the environment is very calming and welcoming. Dr. Gina the Hygienist is fantastic, Dr. Nguyen has a great sense of humor and is really great is his examinations and treatment and Dr. Yun has some of the best bedside manner I have ever received. I am very thankful for all the staff and team. And last and certainly not the least. I can not remember the staff member’s name but she has always helped me and welcomed me with the best energy, the one thing I remember about this young lady is that she has a tattoo of a rose on her hand. Thank you for always making visits an enjoyable experience.
Thank you for saving my teeth and restoring my dental health, I have a smile with confidence one more.
Please continue to help others as you have helped me.
Thank you.

The medical staff and front office are exceptional.
Very friendly office.
One front office staff member I would like to acknowledge is Rhina Nunez she has been very helpful and kind.
Dr Yoon makes you feel so comfortable . He is so kind and does excellent work. The work I needed was nearly an impossible task and multiple offices could not service. I felt hopeless because of my dental health concerns. He figured it out and took an old device and created a solution and was able to adapt/convert to what I needed.
He created a device that allows me to smile with confidence and looks beautiful.

Aspen Dental is Amazing! They are worth every star. from the helpful front desk/ billing team, to the folks behind the scene making it happen. My dental assistant Katiya (i believe that was her name) made sure I was comfortable and was very professional. X-ray was painless and the most comfortable dental x-ray. When it was time for the wonderful Dr. Wynn to come in she had me and the room ready! My procedure was successful, Katiya made sure I had all the instructions and materials needed to heal! I recommend this location!
