Carrie is a wonderful hygienist. She is friendly, thorough, and answers all questions. Highly recommend her. Five stars for Carrie. However, the temporary dentist at the LaVale location did not wear a mask while examining my mouth. Yuck 馃あ

Great experience! I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work due to previous experiences at another practice. I was very nervous about my appointment but Katie and Kaitlyn talked me through every step and made it a very good experience. Dr. Wilson explained everything for me and made sure I knew what I needed done moving forward. Everyone at the front desk and in the office were helpful getting me scheduled and setting up financing. Would definitely recommend.

My first appointment went great! Checking in only took a few minutes, the receptionist was lovely! I was called in right after I was done filling out all my information. Everyone was very polite & nice. My teeth are absolutely terrible & I am glad to be able to start taking the steps to obtaining some kind of teeth! The dentists were kind, explained everything to me. I am sure they were thinking girl what the heck once they seen my mouth. But there was no judgement, just reassurance! Now what really brought it home was when it came time to figure out my payment plan. Dental work is costly! I can't think of her name, * I am sorry when you guys from Aspen Dental read this* but she was so understanding. She could see I was nervous. She went over everything with me & helped me to understand it better. She found the best option for me and what fit my budget & I left feeling confident with my decision. My next appointment is in May and I am looking forward to it! As a kid my teeth were never straight, overcrowded. I am looking forward to having a smile I will feel confident with!

Why 5 馃専? Staff is fantastic. They listen, care about my comfort and health. The procedures are fast, efficient and as pain free as a dentist can be. Mostly, Dr. Wilson is super great! He explains what he's doing. Gently checks in when you're in the chair, "how're you doing?" He puts you at ease and knows what he's doing.

They got me in within 24 hours for a toothache when my dentist that i had been with for about 20 years gave me an appointment 1 1/2 months out. Aspen doctor and staff ( Katie, Massi and Dr. Baig) and the office ladies were all very friendly, caring and professional and took care of my problem, even though I was not previously their patient and it was Christmas eve. Thank you Aspen Dental!
