I usually get a little nervous going to the dentist, but this team made it such an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, reassuring, and genuinely caring. The dentist took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!

I had SRP, Scaling & Root Planing done for mild Periodontal disease that was just discovered at my first appointment at Aspen. I am glad they do Perio Charting & discovered this early so that I hopefully do not have more bone loss. Beware not all dentists do this charting. My Hygienist Tatiana was fabulous! She made me feel comfortable & asked if I was ok throughout the treatment. She explained everything very well & answered all of my questions. She is very professional but also down to earth. For me it was about an hour. Yani & Nicole were very nice & friendly. Aliana was happy to help me & my husband with all of our estimates & pricing questions. It is rare to find great staff at offices these days. We are both very pleased! Thank you Aspen!

Best place to have your dental work done. They are not pushing you to make a decision there, at that moment, they don't offer you extra work done to take your money they are there for the patient, they CARE. They don't work as a job, they work as to help. Definitely recommended, Definitely having my work done there and Definitely will take my family there because they have show me that we( my husband and I visit them today) can trust them.

This office is unethical and greedy. They operate under the guise of caring about you until what you ask of them does not cause the office or dentist any financial gain. I went there last week because I had not been to a dentist in a long while and experiencing a dental abscess. After a bunch of X-rays and a periodontal exam, Dr. Profka finally examined me and explained what he thought would be the best course of treatment for me. He said he would prescribe an antibiotic for the abscess and that I would need to come back to have two teeth in that area extracted. I was told I could receive an oral sedative , Halcion or be fully sedated. Full sedation is only done once per month when the oral surgeon is at that location, either way I would need someone to drive me home. I was taken into the manager’s office after my exam and I was told my treatment would cost 10, 577.00, insurance would cover 5, 656.00 and I could finance the remaining 3,421.00 through care credit. Because I was in so much pain and had been putting off dental issues for a while due to finances and insurance , I was agreeable to the plan . I left the office after 3 hours and realized once I got home that no one else mentioned anything about the antibiotic prescription for the abscess. I called and spoke to Nicole who informed me that Dr . Profka was sending the script to my pharmacy. I took the antibiotic as prescribed and noticed that the swelling and pain was not subsiding at all. The office was closed on Monday 2/23, I’m assuming because of the weather so I called on Tuesday and spoke with Nicole again , I explained that I was in a lot of pain she argued back and said “Well the teeth that are causing you pain just need to be extracted.” I had already spoken to her prior so she was aware that I wanted to be sedated for the extraction . I told her yes , I am fully aware but in the meantime I am suffering and in pain, can you please ask Dr. Profka to prescribe a stronger antibiotic for the pain , she told me he was in a procedure but she would ask and she would call me back. I did not receive a call back . The next morning I called back at 8 am , a person whose name started “L”answered , I explained again why I was calling and she said “Oh yeah well the doc isn’t going to give you anything else you just have to go to the ER. I asked her why would I go to the ER for the same issue that I came to them for, the office has already billed my insurance and when it’s all said and done will be getting thousands of dollars out of me , not to mention that the finance charge rate is ridiculous, almost 35%. She was rude , loud and trying to over talk me while I was explaining to her that I am in pain . I was not asking for a narcotic, I was asking for an antibiotic. I have never heard of a provider refusing to provide a reasonable request to a patient, especially if it could result in a more issue. I will not be returning to this office or any of Aspen dental’s location. I was there in 2024, the front desk staff were rude and rushed and the hygienist and assistants were as well , the dentist that examined me then was patient and kind , however every time I tried to call the office the phone would just ring or I would have to leave a message and never get a call back. I’m in pain and suffering and I’ll make sure to spread the word about Dr . Profka and this dental office. I may also seek legal counsel.
