Aspen in Lewisville is now my go to. I went there to get my first set of permanent dentures. The entire process was flawless. Price was discussed in depth, so no surprises. Dentures are handmade in this location which is a plus. My dentures fit my mouth so well after getting them fine-tuned by my dentist. Not to mention I got my dentures very quickly. I wasn't expecting that. The whole staff was awesome and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Aspen dental in Lewisville.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental! My entire experience, from start to finish, was incredibly easy and stress-free. The staff was truly amazing—professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made the atmosphere comfortable and ensured I felt respected throughout my visit. They patiently answered every single one of my questions completely, which made me feel totally informed about my dental health and treatment plan.What really stood out was their commitment to helping me meet my dental issues. They went above and beyond to work with me on the money and financial options. It’s a huge relief to know I can get necessary care without the added financial stress. They met all my expectations—and I’m not easy to satisfy. I had two crowns done, including one on a front tooth, and the esthetic result is excellent.
I also had gum issues that required laser treatment and antibiotics for deep pockets. With insurance, I was able to complete all treatments, plus a cleaning within two months. This included multiple adjustments along the way—my front tooth took four attempts to get the perfect color and shape—and I also received new retainers.
My out-of-pocket cost pretty doable, it is a very good price for the amount and quality of work I received.
The team is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s a young, smart staff who clearly know what they’re doing.

My co worker tried to visit this facility yesterday. She was a young girl, alone and very frightened of the dentist. She took time off of work to get some dental work done, made sure that she placed a call to this office and made sure that they took her insurance ahead of time. She showed up for her appointment to be told not only do they not take her insurance but they wanted to charge her over 2k for extracting a tooth. They intimidated her, made her feel extremely frightened and took advantage of her. Listing over 10 different bogus gum diseases and orthodontic needs that were not necessary and continued to add and add to her bill. She ended up leaving in tears because she was promised to be helped and was tricked into a ridiculous bill and never received the treatment she was told she would receive. Since then, she has received multiple harassing phone calls intimidating her to come back in, WHEN THEY DO NOT TAKE HER INSURANCE and make her feel bad that she cannot afford the appointment. I have never been so disgusted by customer service especially towards a young lady that just wanted help. I would never. Ever. send anyone I know to this horrible place. What a scam!
