Do not go here. I was told I needed an extremely expensive periodontal deep cleaning and was told I had bone loss on both sides of my mouthā¦. which turned out not to be true by another dentist (not part of a corporation.) They also said I needed a crown redone and had a cavity where I didnāt. They said I could not do a simple cleaning. They never reviewed my previous dental records. I was also disappointed by the reaction to an implant that had been properly done by a specialist. Doctor seemed generally disappointed that they didnāt have to redo itā¦ My experience made me question whether some of the recommended treatments were actually necessary. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive procedures. Looks like they get bonuses for upselling. The one positive was the office secretary staff. The receptionists were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Overall, I felt like it was walking into a car dealership, trying to take every dime you have. It was like they saw my insurance company and tried to milk it as much as they could.

I am so grateful to the staff at Aspen Dental in Lisbon. Every single individual treated me with the utmost respect and integrity. From my first appointment I felt so comfortable. Everything was explained and every question answered. From the super friendly front desk personnel, to the finance folks who went beyond to make it happen for me, to the dental assistants to Dr. Sood who is by far the best dentist I've ever encountered, thank you. I appreciate all you've done.

First off I would like to give my honest review of Lisbon Aspen dental. I have a lot of dental anxiety as a whole and avoid it at all costs. Money has always been an issue, and a lack of insurance over the years. With that being said everyoneās situation is different. Always check with your insurance provider to see what they cover and what is Aspen dentals contract with them to cover costs. It is your right. Aspen dental provided excellent care and a thorough gingivitis cleaning. I believe they had my best interests in mind when creating my care plan. Everyone that was part of my care team was courteous and professional from office management, scheduling, X-rays techs etc. Iām still waiting for my final costs of fillings I received and gum cleaning after Delta Dental coverage. š¤©š¤©š¤© Dr. Terrell. & his technician Mary were absolutely THE best. They were thorough, honest, clean, and went above and beyond my expectationās! Absolutely making me feel comfortable and safe. I had no issues during my fillings and would recommend them to family and friends. Dr. Terrell Trevon Sir! Life changing work, you uplifted my confidence and took my smile back 25 years. Mary you are one of the most kindest techs I have ever come across, you both make a great team.

Love the Lisbon location. Tried out other Aspen dentals and this is the best one. Nichole the x-ray tech is an awesome person, very fun, and personable. Dr Sood is very thorough, informative, and kind. Will definitely be back.
