They are very courteous and explain everything step by step. Even in the aftermath of being closed after ice/snow storm they got me in and found time to do a complicated procedure to help relieve my symptoms and pain. The Dentist and staff made me feel comfortable and cam. Thank you so much for what is a stressful situation and making it manageable.

I simply cannot fathom the fact that you have dentists on staff that cannot even do simple cavity fillings correctly. Got two different fillings done by this office in July 2024. After moving back to Houston and having issues finding a new dentist, I ended up just going back to my original dentist a year and a half later to find out the major sensitivity I’ve been having on a back molar since the “filling” has been because there is a gap between where they did the filling and my tooth. In addition to now having to get that filling redone, I am also having to get the other filling they did fixed as it was done incorrectly as well. paying hefty money (they were not cheap on their costs of dental work) to have to get it all completely redone due to lack of experienced professionals is absolutely insane. This office also was pushing me to get my wisdom teeth out saying they needed to all come out as soon as possible. I believe this was a money grab the entire time as I went to my original hometown dentist today and they once again, in the 20+ years I have been a client with them, never mentioned my wisdom teeth growing in and needing to be removed. Additionally, my “wisdom teeth that are coming in” have not caused any pain in the year and half since they pushed me needing to get them removed. Save your time and money (as they are a huge money grab dentist) and find a different dentist in Longview. The incompetence of this office and lack of experience is something that clearly needs to be investigated by upper management.

My recent visit was for a cleaning appointment which resulted in a series of additional procedures, including X-rays and 3D scans, and I was provided with quotes for services I did not feel were immediately necessary. I regret returning and am concerned about the additional radiation exposure. Please don't let them make you sign anything you will later regret🙏🏼

I was so afraid of having surgery on my wisdom teeth. However, the ladies in this office was amazing. The comfort level was amazing. The office was clean professional and supportive. Thank you Dr. Amy and the rest of the crew there .great job. And the work they did was not painful. Just scary at first ...thank you ladies....
