Highly recommend, the ability to make online appointments especially in the middle of the night for the next day is great. The entire staff were so sweet and caring. They did their absolute best to ensure I was comfortable throughout my tooth extraction, and I did not feel a thing! If you are in a pickle and need tooth extraction I seriously recommend them. (I haven鈥檛 had any other work done by them so I can only attest for the tooth extraction)

I've been a patient of Aspen dental for many years now. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking to get a dental checkup. Everyone from the front desk(hi Jessica)to the back office area are super polite. Very organized, clean environment, fast, and understanding... The employees communicate very well with me.. Step by step instructions. Acknowledge my concerns and making sure I was comfortable . Special thank you 馃槉 to Dr. Sha and Bridgette -RDA ... yall were amazing 馃憦

The care is fine. The problem lies with the insurance department and gaps pertaining to knowledge of what is covered by one鈥檚 insurance versus the patient estimate. My estimate included treatment that was stated to not be covered by my insurance provider yet when I read the policy jacket on coverage I see clearly that coverage should be afforded. Same treatment that I was told didn鈥檛 have insurance coverage didn鈥檛 receive an insurance discount. So I鈥檒l be checking with the department of insurance as well as reaching out to my provider regarding the contract to ensure that negligence and/or misrepresentation isn鈥檛 occurring.

The Dental Assistants and Dentist were truly Professional and Awesome!! My Wife and I had a great experience with Customer Service, and Staff being so pleasant. Thats how it supposed to be, when it comes to Customer Service and treating patients right, because its far and few between these days with Businesses and their Staff.

I was so afraid of having surgery on my wisdom teeth. However, the ladies in this office was amazing. The comfort level was amazing. The office was clean professional and supportive. Thank you Dr. Amy and the rest of the crew there .great job. And the work they did was not painful. Just scary at first ...thank you ladies....
