Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me. The X-ray tech and hygienist were both lovely and accommodating.
When the doctor came in, she seemed pleasant at first, but the way she communicated felt more like a reprimand than a conversation, which immediately put me on the defensive. When we talked about crowns, I asked if I really needed the periodontal cleaning because those cleanings are painful for me. Instead of starting with options to make it more comfortable, she immediately responded with, "I won't do the crowns if you don't get the cleaning." That felt unnecessarily harsh, especially since when I asked further, she said they could numb me first. I don't understand why she didn't lead with that instead of immediately taking such a hard stance when I had already explained multiple times that cleanings are painful for me.
The consultant at the end was very pleasant, but the overall experience felt very focused on intake and financing. I was presented with thousands of dollars in treatment and immediately encouraged to finance it, and when I said I needed time to think about it, there seemed to be genuine surprise. By that point, I was so uncomfortable with the overall interaction that I didn't even ask about alternative treatment options. I just wanted to leave.
The whole process felt formulaic and sales-driven, and none of the concerns I originally came in for were really addressed. I still need to find a dentist to help with the issues that brought me in there in the first place.

I absolutely love love love this office.
The people are so caring. Beautiful souls. Bridgette (receptionist) great attitude hands down. Respectful even during busy moments. But this girl muah 馃槝 fantastic.
Amanda and Hailey both go beyond expectations for their clients. I absolutely love and adore Haileys interaction, communication skills and her loving personality. Amanda and Hailey will try and work with you on all and any payments to help make sure your able to get what you need. YOUR WELL BEING AND FEELINGS MATTER.
This office is top 3 best places to go. They do only accept certain insurance, still such a great place. I've never been more comfortable at a dentist office as much as I am here. Thank you so very much.

Usually dont like dentist but the crew at 4011 wards road gave me the best experience! Tabitha did my cleaning absolutely 100000 stars best cleaning ive ever had! Amanda and Hailey went through the cost effortlessly and put me at ease! Dr Ekoh is funny and great bedside manner, love his explanation made it easy to understand. Extraction was flawless didnt feelanything. You need a dental office definitely come here!!! All dental assistance were amazing and thorough and made me feel at ease.

Shoutout to Hailey, Emily, Tabitha & the rest of the team!!! They all were very great from the financing dept. to getting the dental work done. All of y'all are very good at what y'all do and I am grateful for the extra care and treatment you all give which helped me feel at ease through the process. Thank you all for an amazing job.

My experience with Delta Dental today was such a pleasant experience for a dentist office. Everyone is so pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.
It's very obvious Dr.Ekoh is very compassionate about his patients. I'm so pleased I was referred to this facility. Thank you all..!!
