Worst experience!! I went here for pain and I told them that I had abscess that drained a few times. They took xrays and did the examine. Ignored the fact that I told them once again I had an abscess that drained a few times. Then the dentist said there's two options I can either save the tooth or remove it. Never told me what the issue was or anything. I said remove it because at this point I just wanted the pain gone. He completely ignored me and started working on the tooth. After what seemed like forever(at least 2hrs) he was done. They said pain should be gone and if it isn't call us and we'll call in a prescription for you. I paid then left. After the numbing wore off I was in excruciating pain. The pain was worse than before I went to the dentist. The whole side of my face just hurt so bad. Now maybe this was wrong but no I didn't call them because I didn't want pain killers. They make me sick. I just knew something was wrong. I knew this dentist made a mistake and there was no way I was going to have him fix it. I called the Alliance location and they did xrays/ examine. Sure enough the dentist put the filling too far to where it was touching my nerve. Oh and I needed antibiotics. Found out I needed a root canal to fix the mistake. So now after paying for the first visit they now expected me to pay around $1800 to fix the mistake! I asked them why I have to pay to fix their mistake and I was told a supervisor was being contacted but apparently they just thought once again to completely ignore me. Instead of fixing a mistake. So instead of making things right they just ignore people so definitely don't go here. They'll mess you up and take no accountability but still expect to paid!

Very nice staff! Dr was very gentle and thorough checking my teeth. The staff was accommodating got me scheduled for cleaning and appointment for my crown all in the same day.

Dr. Nawrocki and his assistant are always so pleasant and caring. Having dental work is not my favorite thing, but they always try to make you feel very comfortable.

Location is very rude and rushy. They will run up random charges and then “wave them” if you write a 5 star review on the spot… quite literally buying your review for I watched them do it to other patients while I was there. Will tell you they have to do your whole mouth at once to try and get as much money out of you as they can, even when you are only having issues with one tooth. Do not recommend this location, the staff makes it terrible.

My name is Lynn Helscher. Yesterday I brought my 94 year old mother in law in to have her lower denture repaired. Everyone was so kind and treated her with kindness. She is partially blind and also hard of hearing. The doctor was very kind and came up with the best and least expensive plan for her.
Magen was also so good to work with. She was also very kind and patient with my mother in law. My mother in law's name is Ethel Helscher.
