I recommend everyone go to aspen dental for you teeth. They are patient, trustworthy, and very respectful to all their customers!! I’ve had a great experience with these guys and I love the work they do!!!!!! Even when it comes to financial plans, they are very considering to all needs and are very professional!!!

I generally don’t post reviews, but feel obligated to in this situation. I have been a long time dental consumer and have never before had an experience this poor before. At my initial appointment all they did was take X-rays, and the person who took them was quite rude and rough with the little plastic things they stick in your mouth. I did not have a cleaning or have an exam by a dentist. Instead I was told that would have to be scheduled in a separate day as there was no hygienist in house the day I was there. I have never had a dental visit before in my life where I did not have a cleaning. And of course, none of this was explained when I made the appointment. When I showed up a few weeks later for my cleaning, I was told I had “deep gum pockets” that required a special treatment that would cost me $750 out of pocket. I have never been told I had gum disease nor have I ever experienced bleeding when brushing. They refused to do a standard cleaning. I paid the $750 but felt uneasy about the whole situation and then decided to leave and asked for a refund. I since schedule with a different dentist and they said my gums and teeth were in great condition and I did not require any additional treatments. I’m so glad I trusted my gut and I walked out of Aspen. I hope this helps save someone $$$. Please beware of unnecessary and expensive treatments at Aspen!

I dont know where to begin, so I'll begin from the time i walked in the office. I was greeted with smiles and warm greetings. While taking my x-rays, I was well informed about what was going on and the staff was just amazing overall. Pricing is fair, given several different options for care. I will bring the rest of my family & friends here as well.

I had a wonderful experience at the Aspen dental in mayfield. Staff were so nice to me. The dentist was very informative and did a thorough exam on me. I’d highly recommend this location for dental works.

I needed assistance because my Dentist had just retired and a veneer on my front tooth came off. I was leaving town within a week and needed the veener reattached ASAP It was a cosmetic procedure. I called Aspen on Friday night and was given a Monday appointment. No other Dentist could accommodate me sooner than Aspen. I arrived at 2:45pm and was out by 4:15. The staff members were very patient, and empathetic. I had a wonderful experience.
