I appreciate this location. Everyone was very friendly and personable. I wish I remembered the hygienist name, she had blonde hair. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I got a lot of x-rays and then saw Dr. Patel who was also very gentle and knowledgeable. I then got to speak with the financial assistant Glinda who was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything in GREAT depth and with no judgement. First time I feel someone took the time to explain what I needed and break down the cost. They told me what was most important to handle first. I truly appreciate the time they took! The cost was a little steep for me and I’m hoping to come back in a few months once my insurance kicks in. I didn’t love that o couldn’t speak with the oral surgeon before booking my wisdom teeth removal. I will probably find another place for my surgery. Overall though, very comfortable and pleased with my apt and the staff!

This is TEAMWORK at it's best! I walked into the office a bit frightened due to my lack of regular dental check-ups. I knew what I needed done, was honest, and they walked me through every step of my upcoming procedures. Every question was answered with confidence and a smile. I'm only two weeks into this journey, but I walk in now knowing I'm walking into a professional group of individuals, from the front counter to the dental chair. Remember, this is a journey, it takes time, and celebrate every step along the way. They'll walk it with you. Thanks Aspen Dental Melbourne Team!

I came here after not seeing a dentist in 13 years. I wanted to share my amazing experience. After so long without service it only took 2 hours of being in the office for them to have full x-rays of my teeth and a complete comprehensive plan to repair all of my dental work... they handled all of my hygenic cleanings, gum treatments, tooth removal/replacement, wisdom teeth removal, cavity filling, etc...
I was very impressed with how thorough this office is at explaining the work in a way that you can understand, they offered me very flexible appointments dates/times, as well as a payment plan that made it all possible. I also wanna add that every procedure I've had done here has been as painless as it could possibly be. Thank you Aspen Dental for giving me a 2nd chance at a nice smile.

I called and explained that I had a fractured tooth (top wisdom) and was in lots of pain and asked if they would be able to pull it today. The lady on the phone stated we would have to do an exam but that shouldn’t be an issue as It’s an emergency. After the exam I was informed that it would be a month before I’d be able to be seen to have it pulled. I was given the bait and switch with a medical issue and they have since still charged me even after I was informed wrong.

All staff were amazing! I have a long journey to fix my upper teeth and it seems achievable with the plan they mapped out for me. I’m excited to get it finished. Kudos to the entire staff. Everyone treated me with dignity, respect, and most of all kindness. I have something of a mess going on with my smile and it’s very embarrassing. They made me feel good about getting it fixed to where I’ll finally be confident when I smile. Thank you to all that treated me today.
