Aspen Dental has been my primary dentist for almost a decade. I utilized them in other states and transferred to Mesa,AZ. Mrs. Kim and the treatment team are exceptional. I recently had a service which required anesthesia, the Dr. & assistant was extremely compassionate, engaged and made me feel comfortable. The house dentist and staff are also wonderful and have supported me through my dental journey. I applaud the location for service excellence.

I have been visiting Aspen Dental on Power and Southern since the 2nd of August, and I have to say that the entire team there that has helped me through my ordeal and through every step of my process to recovery and final dental appointment have been absolutely wonderful caring and amazing. All of the ladies are always very energetic and happy and it has been and amazing experience for myself. The doctor has done a wonderful job with me needing a bridge. I would highly recommend this location for any and all dental needs. I want to thank you all for everything!!!

Very bad experience. I met with the dentist last week to discuss options after I broke a filling and the tooth cracked. Even with insurance, the suggested root canal and crown were too expensive so I opted for an extraction. They had a next day opening and said it would be a quick procedure but after waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time, I still had not been taken to a room so I rescheduled due to other commitments. They had an opening Saturday morning and I took it. When the hygienist came in, I questioned why she was numbing the left upper side of my mouth since the broken tooth is on the bottom right. She disagreed with me about what tooth was being fixed. I asked to see the dentist who came in and said that I needed a crown on the left side as well which I reminded him we had previously discussed and wasnt a dire need but the cracked tooth on the right was causing extreme pain and needed to be addressed immediately. He said "I can't remember every conversation I have with patients and I dont care what tooth it is. If you want a tooth pulled, I'll pull it, just tell me which one you want out." I said, "how about the tooth that was discussed when I met with you yesterday thats causing me pain?" He gave me several shots of Novacain and said he'd be back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, he still had not returned, and my mouth was not even slightly numb. I'm questioning if there was even any medicine in it. I ended up walking out and canceling the procedure and a future cleaning appt. Ill be looking for a new dentist.
