I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental thanks to Anaya and Chelsey. From the moment I walked in, they were both professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. Their positive attitudes and exceptional customer service truly stood out. Employees like Anaya and Chelsey are the reason patients keep coming back. Thank you both for making my experience such a great one! Oh can’t forget about Crystal as well.

Both of the made my visit so pleasant.
They have the best customer service as well as making you feel
Comfortable, and confident.
They’re full of energy this was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Not enough stars for me to accurately rate this wonderful lady.
She has a comfortable and inviting way about dealing with clients. At 67 yrs old, I've seen my share of the good, the bad and the indifferent displays of customer service. From the moment that I made eye contact with her, I knew that she is uniquely confident and qualified to to represent ANY company. Luck for Aspen Dental! Y'all treat her right, it will pay in BIG dividends. No joke, this girl is amazing!

Made an appointment online. There is not an option for “Cleaning”. Only “Other/Check Up”. Ok, odd. Whatever. I’ll just let them know when I get there. Then they send me a text with a broken link, someone forgot the “/“ between the “com” and “login”. Second odd problem. If I was an older patient this would have stumped me. I get past that and try to upload my ID. Fails. I try a grey background, black background, red background, low light, lots of light, proper lighting. It just won’t accept it. Problem three. I get to my appointment 15 min early. “Oh sorry, the dental hygienist is all booked up. We can’t do a cleaning today.” Maybe that should be an option on your website? Maybe? In fact, instead of writing a response to this review, let the people up the ladder know about these problems. If anyone reads this and there is a response from the business you know they don’t listen to their customers. Don’t try to save face, fix the problems.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. My hygienist, Chelsi, took excellent care of me throughout my visit. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained everything clearly and was very thorough with my cleaning and care. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient, making the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, and I especially appreciate the outstanding service provided by Chelsi. Thank you for the excellent care!
