I went for my free 6 months cleaning, but I was given an ultimatum if I didn’t purchase their service, my teeth would not be clean. The least cost was $208 up to 634. I knew if I turned down the service I would have to pay for the office visit. I should have been told that there may be additional charges and if I don’t purchase their service, they will not be able to continue the cleaning when I made the appointment. It was nothing critical needed and I should have been giving a choice. What if I didn’t have the money for the service. That’s a lot of unexpected out-of-pocket money at once. I know they can’t charge everyone like this. The principle of the matter is, how it was laid on the table and given to me, pay or walk. Other than that, the staff and facility were nice. The cleaning was super as well.

This was my very first appointment, and let me tell you, they made me feel so welcomed. The smiles, and the sweet personalities from the front to thee back was heart warming. It's nothing like walking it to a place and feel so pleasant. The dentist was very patient, and attentive as they all were.
I most definitely will refer everyone I know!

My hygienist Chiffaun was excellence at its best. She was both patient and kind during the length of my service. She helped educate me in areas of brushing and flossing that I’d never known. I’m definitely coming back to Aspen to work with her specifically!!

Our first visit hubby had toothache filling came out, called several other places and were given appointments weeks out. (Including our regular dentist office) But we were able to get in, in a day! CLEAN establishment. Dr Torres was exceptional! He was extremely thorough and explained each step. Tyren his dental assistant was on point, and on top of her game and very personable. Malaysia (OM) explored financial options and was also very thorough, made sure we knew she would do whatever possible to make us comfortable with options that best suited us. It was a great experience we were made comfortable every step of the way! And have now found us a new Dental office. This was absolutely the Best dental experience yet... You get the feeling that they really care.

Dr. Torres, the office manager Malaysia, Kay the dental assistant and the entire Aspen Dental staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Torres explains everything clearly, and the team’s professionalism and kindness shine through every visit. The office manager keeps everything running smoothly and always greets you with a warm smile. Highly recommend!!

Meet the Doctors
The Mobile office is owned by Dr. Christian Torres Diaz, a general dentist who earned his dental degree at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus and has been with Aspen Dental since August 2018. Before dentistry, he served in the United States Navy from 2007 to 2016 as a corpsman, earning honors including Sailor of the Year and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. His practice includes dental implants, extractions, dentures, restorative care, and clear aligner therapy, and he has completed advanced implant training including Zest Mastership certification. He is joined by associate dentist Dr. Juan Botero-Giraldo, a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry who joined Aspen Dental in August 2025 and provides care from routine checkups to restorative treatment. Both dentists speak English and Spanish.
