I had a really great experience with the Aspen Dental office in Muncie and wanted to share my appreciation for their team. I came in with a cracked tooth from an old filling that had finally failed, and they were able to get me in super quickly, which was a huge relief.
From the moment I walked in, the office was spotless and very well organized, which immediately put me at ease. The x-ray technician was incredibly personable, explaining everything clearly and making the process comfortable instead of stressful. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference when dealing with a dental issue.
A special shoutout to Cassie, who went above and beyond. She took the time to lay out a financial plan that works for me, walking me through the options and making sure I understood everything clearly. She even gave me a fancy clip to keep all of my paperwork together! It was a small gesture, but it really showed how much the team cares about the patient experience.
Overall, I’m very grateful for how quickly they helped me and how well the entire visit went. If you’re looking for a dental office in the Muncie area with a clean facility, great staff, and excellent patient care, this team is definitely worth checking out. Thank you again!

This place is FANTASTIC! They got me in right away. Front office ladies Tory and Jess were super friendly and helpful! Madisen did my x-rays and made me feel very comfortable, explaining every thing to me! Dr. Terry was GREAT! I had to have an extraction and he made sure I was pain free the entire time! Overall recommend 10/10!

Such a great team. My worst fear came alive and I knocked a tooth out the day before going to home office for a week. They made a temporary and got me off to my meeting then took care of everything upon my return. Over a years time I made the best of friends who treat you with such respect and as if you're family. Doc Warner is so passionate about his work and makes you so comfortable. Let's not forget Tory who makes things happen and makes me smile and laugh. Cassi the Rockstar at getting financials set up and organized. Madi is an absolute sweetheart and cares very much about you and wants you to be comfortable. Also to remember your name and family. This shows just how much they appreciate you as you do them. Your not just a number to them. You're like family.

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The receptionist was very friendly when I got there. Madisen did my imaging and was great to chat with. Tiara was my hygienist. She was super professional and nice. Tory at the front desk walked me through the process including how payments work. Very pleased with my experience. And the price for treatment/ cleaning was less than I was expecting without insurance.

Friendly staff and accommodating to your needs. I needed a tooth pulled and the gums cleaned with a few other things.I have good insurance however it was a little more than I expected but they have a quick line of credit. I was able to get everything done in one week. The line of credit paid off in a few payments with no interest. I thought that was really nice instead of using my credit card or going to the bank to pull some funds. Didn't waste my time as I got most of everything done in one day. The the Doc did a good job as well extracting the tooth. I was very pleased. Definitely will be going there from now on. Definitely better than the VA in Indianapolis.
