If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I usually go to the North Myrtle Beach location. But because I moved to Conway and work in Myrtle Beach, it was more convenient to come here. The staff was great but when I got my teeth cleaned I was told that I had "cavities" in all my teeth and needed some treatment. Mind you, I've taken care of my teeth since I was a kid, never had braces. Only one cavity. So for the hygienist to tell me that I had cavities in all my teeth just to get money out of me was just low. So I made an appointment with Aspen Dental at their North Myrtle Beach office today, and their Dr said my teeth are perfect. Nothing wrong with them and no CAVITIES. So needless to say I will never set foot in that place and I will never recommend anyone to go there.

I was super anxious about going to the dentist since it had been a while, but Aspen Dental in Myrtle Beach made the whole process so easy! They were awesome about fitting me into their schedule with plenty of appointment options. My first visit had me feeling pretty nervous, but the moment I walked in, the friendly front desk staff instantly put me at ease. Then Ashley took me back, and honestly, she was the best thing that happened to me that day! Ashley is a complete gem. She was so warm and welcoming, I immediately felt comfortable. After just a few minutes chatting with her, I knew I’d made the right choice coming here. After a few visits and meeting more of the team, I can say 100% that I’d recommend Myrtle Beach Aspen Dental. The staff is super inviting, totally non-judgmental, and incredibly patient—even when I get a bit picky and complain more than I should! They really make you feel cared for.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jen H, my hygienist lead. She is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She explains every step, answers questions patiently, and makes what could be a stressful appointment feel calm and comfortable. Her leadership and dedication truly shine. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health! Thanks Jen, you’re the best!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a snow bird in Myrtle Beach for a 3 month period. I lost a filling on Sat. I called this office of Aspen Dental and was seen on Mon. morning at 10 am. After a thorough new patient admission program, I received a full program of care with various x-rays and cleanings. I was then scheduled for a filling and a temporary crown on Wed. at 9 am. A wonderful experience in a busy practice. This was emergency dentistry, so the price was steep. However, to get my procedures done in a quick and efficient way made the price well worth while. Keep up the great work. I will be a patient during the winter in the future at this Aspen dental.

Never having gone to Aspen Dental before, I called on an emergency situation. I was given an appointment the very next day! Quick, efficient, professional and treated like I was a long time patient. If my insurance will allow it I’ll be switching to Aspen Dental. Great job and thank you.
