Dr. Fernandez is incredibly kind, patient, and very informative. She takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. Gerardo, the dental hygienist, is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable dental hygienist I have ever been to in my life. His attention to detail and patient care are exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

I had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything I needed in detail and worked hard to find the best possible options for my treatment. They even offered flexible financing solutions to make everything more affordable. This is hands-down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The payment/structural department was especially helpful and went above and beyond to work with me on the best deal possible. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for quality care and a caring team!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Unfortunately, the interaction was not professional and left a negative impression. During the call, the staff member spoke in a dismissive tone and appeared to place blame on patients for issues that were not their fault. In my case, I had already confirmed my appointment both through email and by returning a call to the number that was provided to me. However, I was told that I should have contacted the office directly instead of the number I was instructed to call. Additionally, the staff member used informal language, such as “what’s goin’ on,” when asking about the dental service I needed. Throughout the conversation, she continued speaking without giving me an adequate opportunity to explain my situation. When I informed her that I was already on my way and would arrive at the clinic at my scheduled appointment time, she insisted that I should have arrived earlier than the scheduled time. I believe that patients should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when they have followed the instructions given to them. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and patient experience at the clinic.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I have severe dental anxiety, and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for from start to finish. It had been a few years since my last cleaning, and I ended up needing a deep cleaning — which honestly terrified me — but my hygienist was incredible. He was extremely gentle, attentive, and in tune with my needs. He reassured me throughout the entire process, frequently checked in to make sure I wasn’t in pain, explained everything he was doing, and made me feel safe and comforted in an environment that normally causes me a lot of stress. The office manager was also so kind. When I spoke to her before my initial appointment, she reassured me that the staff would be compassionate — and she absolutely delivered. I also had a great conversation with the dentist, who was just as warm and encouraging. Overall, every person I interacted with was kind, supportive, and never made me feel judged or guilty for not having gone to the dentist in a while or for having anxiety about being there. I would highly recommend this office, especially to anyone who feels nervous about dental visits. They are truly amazing, and I will definitely be coming back for my routine cleanings.
