I presented with a high level of pain. They were understanding and because I hadn't been treated in awhile gave me a full exam. They were calming and understanding. I didn't feel judged by my lapse and my hygienest was amazing. My new favorite dentist was encouraging and supportive. She understood my pain level and just got it done when the time came to do the procedure. It hurt and she warned me but clearly got it done as fast as she could. I now have a full treatment plan, understand the next steps and am actually looking forward to getting my work done. I didn't feel like I was upsold and she seemed to care more about keeping healthy teeth than upselling me on removing them. Today was the worst day I've had in years but they helped me through it and I'd recommend them highly.

Let me be clear that my frustration is with the lack of professionalism of administrative staff. The technicians, Hygienist, and Dr at this location are impeccable and must be kept at all costs! I drive 40min out of my way to this location because of them!
That said, I've been coming to this location for years and have experienced this every visit... I'm not sure if they realize it, but clients waiting in the waiting room, in the xray room, and the exam rooms can hear your admins talk bad about the clients they've just helped on the phone or at a desk. It is unprofessional to immediately turn around and recap the entire conversation, client names, and situations in such an open setting. Please air your grievances behind close doors.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was friendly and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Katherine and Adna were especially helpful—both were kind, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. Their professionalism and care really stood out. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Stephanie is great! My teeth always feel their best when I leave there! I originally came to the practice with high anxiety around dental care and now I am excited to go there! Stephanie and the rest of the team are compassionate and caring!

I’ve been coming to this location for two years. The staff are always so friendly and wonderful, making sure I get care that is both comfortable and effective. As someone with pretty bad dental anxiety (and who struggles with metal tools scraping my teeth!), they made me feel like I have options for my care and help guide me through each visit.
