The review I’m leaving has nothing to do with the service provided. They took good care of my father and were able to get him a timely quote. I am very thankful to them for that.
My concern and the reason we won’t go back is I can’t support a company with what I consider to be predatory financing practices.
My father was quoted for implant dentures. I completely understand - they are very expensive. We’re talking surgery.
Regarding financing options, he was provided a pamphlet over two years old for CareCredit (20% interest btw) card. When asked about other options or terms they were told they could run his info for pre approval and see what other options or terms came up.
This is an immediate red flag as his information is now being shared and/or sold to numerous companies.
There has to be better transparency available.
Nothing in life is free. That goes for services but it also goes for marketing products for other companies. What Aspen Dental (Mekhael Dental) has chosen to market of their available options is a predatory credit card for people who need it most at exorbitant rates.
Really disappointing to see no one at that office bat an eye or see an issue with the terms or companies they are choosing to market.

Since I move a lot I've hopped between a lot of different dentists and Aspen Dental in New Braunfels has been my favorite by far. They're great, friendly, and honest (didn't try and sell me a whole lot of unnecessary work). It's also super easy and quick to get in and get seen. I tried calling another local dentist first and they said they were book for over a month and I got into Aspen the next day. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Always handle me with care, they really roll out the red carpet for patients. I have had cleanings and work done and its always consistent and excellent customer service. Ashley was very gentle and went above and beyond. Dr. Mekhael handles all patients with a caring attitude and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he may recommend things. You don't feel rushed at all when you see them at this office. The office manager Mike greets me everytime I see him. This location is convenient near TJ Maxx in New Braunfels. Always a wonderful experience, thank you!!

Destiny was amazing! She helped me and made me feel super comfortable and we chatted a lot! Everyone else was 10/10 also! The front desk was so nice and so were the doctors

Dr Nater and Ashley provided excellent service today. My family is very happy with their professionalism and all the services they provide. I recommend anyone looking for a family dentist to come to Aspen dental. In new braunfels.
