This was our first experience with this Aspen Dental. Overall, I was very happy with the care my daughter was provided. The dentist and especially, dental assistant, were professional, nice and thorough with their exams and cleaning. The dental assistant took the time to help teach my daughter brushing techniques and discuss the different kinds of cleaning and preventative care they can provide. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an Aspen Dental in this area!

Dr.Damlaj and the manager Antonia provided top notch care regarding my teeth and went above and beyond. To educating, empathy, efficiency..they overall exceeded my expectations. Needed a second opinion to see if my tooth is savable and or a root canal is needed..Wilson dental told me it can not be saved..Dr.Damlaj stated it could but surgery is required but I do need two other root canal’s done as well. My personal dentist also stated it could be saved. Antonia assisted me with setting up a payment plan and I’ll be in 0 teeth pain in a couple weeks once the surgery is done. Antonia is a huge asset in that place no doubt!!! Danny the endo assistant was super kind and helpful too..the receptionist is out in left fields though. But grateful is a understatement and no they do not take my insurance and I’m still satisfied thousands later if they doesn’t tell you anything then I don’t know 🙂

Had a really great experience—the front desk staff named jessica was incredibly kind, welcoming, and on top of everything. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the patients. Made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Definitely appreciate great people like that!

⭐ 1 Star I had a dental extraction scheduled and confirmed in advance. When I arrived, I was told I had not been properly added to the schedule. Instead of rescheduling, I was rushed into the procedure. Because of the scheduling error, the extraction felt hurried. The local anesthesia was injected very quickly and with significant pressure. Immediately afterward, a blister formed at the injection site and began bleeding. During the extraction, the bleeding was ignored, and I was not informed that an injury had occurred. The blister later healed with permanent scar tissue inside my mouth. I was never warned beforehand about any risk of blistering, tissue damage, bleeding, or permanent scarring. I have before-and-after photos documenting the injury. These events could support a medical malpractice claim, but due to personal circumstances I am choosing not to pursue litigation. This review is being posted as a factual corporate complaint so others are aware of my experience. I hope the practice reviews its scheduling procedures, patient communication, and anesthesia administration standards to prevent this from happening to someone else. Unfortunately, our experience at this Aspen Dental location was extremely disappointing. One of the technicians made inappropriate comments, which immediately made the visit uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, the woman working at the front desk was dishonest and dismissive. After one of our procedures was already scheduled, she intentionally told us there was no availability for six months. We did not argue with her, but it was very clear that this was not true—there were plenty of available appointments, which we could even see and change ourselves online. Despite this, she continued to insist there was no availability, both in person and over the phone, and then offered an appointment months later, completely disregarding us. This behavior came across as lazy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Being lied to directly is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

New to the area, I went in for an initial consultation and cleaning. There was no greeting on arrival—just a sign-in sheet. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t engage with my questions about current orthodontic attachments or retainers, instead quickly referring me to an orthodontist. He probably spent all of two minute with me. I was then told the hygienist had gone home, so I had to return another day for the cleaning. At the follow-up visit, the hygienist appeared disorganized, had issues with the equipment, and took a long time to schedule a follow-up while I stayed in the chair. There was also a strong push to sell products and additional treatments. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, but it felt disorganized and fell short of expectations given the high ratings.
