She was Very nice and gentle, I really appreciate her concern and explaining what she was doing.
However, after discussing their plan for my teeth, puts me $3000, deeper in debt, and that doesn’t improve appearance at all! I finally got to leave 3 hrs after my appt time and they still didn’t pull tooth. They prescribed me meds to take, but didn’t send them to the pharmacy until Thursday. I couldn’t pick them up at that point, and I mentioned it to someone when I called to inquire about them, I wk from thur-sun 9-7( my pharmacy was closed by the time I got off, also! On top of it all I’ve wasted a hour of time waiting for someone to answer the phone, just between 2 calls!👀 so I’m not interested in returning to that location.

Everyone was kind, professional and engaging. You can tell that they really know and care for their customers. This really helps you to fell comfortable since dental visits can cause anxiety (or maybe it's just me that feels that way).
My care team was: Mariah, Jayna, Leoni, Mandy and Dr. V.

Leoni and Ashley were both amazing! They made me feel at ease and comfortable with my visit today. Dentists can be very scary for some but these ladies will make you feel not an ounce of fear! They detailed what they were doing and the process to me which left no room for questions are confusions. Much appreciated ladies!

This is my first time leaving a review, and I wanted to take a moment to share how comfortable I felt during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcomed and at ease. Jamia, Maria, Ashley, and Dr. Patel were all very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Their care and approach truly made a difference, and I appreciate the time and effort they put into making my visit a positive one.

This dentist office AMAZING! The staff Literally everyone have been super friendly! They got me out on time. They were the real dream team! I would recommend this dentist to anyone needing dental work! I will give 10 stars if I could! Amazing team of women! I’ve had to reschedule due to a tornado in Newman and doctor Varonica was very pleasant and calm. She knew how to diffuse a disaster and make everyone feel safe! It was a lot to deal with and she handled it super professional. She extracted my tooth and did it quick and painless. I am still in shock. The X-ray tech (I forgot her name) was very thorough and patient through it all. The dental hygienist (I believe her name is Ashley) was very nice and helpful! dr Patel was nice as well with very helpful information. Gayla was also super helpful with the financial assistance! Best dentist I’ve come thus far!
