The staff here was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Key listened to me and explained everything! Best dental visit! The cleaning with Jasmine was gentle and thorough! And they even used the newest material in fillings which is amazing! I don't live in the area, but I am willing to travel for future visits with this staff!

Writing not for myself but for my partner who went with Aspen dental to get his teeth fixed. He has permanent dentures and initially we had no issues. First off, the front desk reception is extremely friendly and very good at their job, from the interactions I’ve watched while waiting for him in appointments, they are always so helpful, friendly and professional. I can’t speak to the actual dentists and technicians, but my partner has never complained, so I’m guessing they’re good as well. My one star has to do with today’s visit, 12/31/25, and the simple fact that we’re here to pick up his permanent teeth and have had nothing but issues since the appointment was set. Our fault at first as we missed his Christmas Eve appointment, but we called and they rescheduled us immediately. Came to that appointment, 12/30/25, and were told that they weren’t ready and to come the next day (today) at 8 and they’d be ready. so we’re here now at 10am still with no teeth. Initially it was they were being polished and cleaned, this was told to us three separate times at about 10-15 minute interval check ins, then, when we checked a fourth time, it was “oh, we actually found some cracks and chipping and need to fix them, should be another 20-25 minutes”. Like, you couldn’t have told us this from the get go? But again, appreciate them letting us know, but instead of telling us you’re cleaning and polishing, be honest and let us know about the issues you’re trying to fix. Be transparent, don’t wait for us to come to you again and then let us know these details. We’re still here, now two hours past the scheduled appointment and pick up time, still no update and no follow up, and it’s been 45 minutes past the 20-25 minutes we were told it would be.

I only had a consultation but it went great. The staff was friendly and as soon as it was my spot time it went fairly quick. Im awaiting a call from a surgeon now and I hope it's just as fulfilling and goes smooth

Great staff! I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Bri in specific made my visit as painless and comfortable as possible. Everyone was very attentive my whole appointment especially when it came to my questions. Definitely would recommend this location!
