At first I was not happy with first process although the assistant was awesome straight up. Then the rest of process was smooth sailing. Overall everyone I interacted with was amazing...very detailed. Love the equipment so I can see what's going on with me directly. I'm sending my son there next week and I'll be back next week as well. Thank you all ..great energy and personalities.

Wonderful team of people. I had 2 wonderful techs that did all my X-rays and evaluation. Hands down the nicest pair to work with and one had a future hygienist on the way. Very exciting. My doctor bless her did all she could to be nice about my situation but I'm humble I knew the reality of my situation and we were able to settle on a good comprehensive solution. She walked me through all my possible options and she let me know what her professional opinion was. I couldn't be happier with our plan. The finance side. The usual point of disappointment for me and the reason it's taken this long to take care of business. She was amazing we were able to get me enrolled in a financial plan that works for me. Over all it was a great experience I'm looking forward to finally taking care of my dental problems. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at Aspen dental in North Charleston. 馃槃

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I stopped in last minute to complete finance paperwork for my mother鈥檚 dentures, and Robin was absolutely phenomenal. Even though it was near the end of the day, she never rushed me. She took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and even stayed late to make sure I had everything finished so my mom could get scheduled as soon as possible. Her patience and kindness meant more than she probably knows. I also want to recognize Mel, who worked with my mother during her consultation. My mom couldn't stop talking about how genuinely cared for Mel made her feel. She treated her with kindness, respect, and understanding, which made a very vulnerable appointment much more comfortable. My mother has needed this done for nearly a decade, and it's taken a significant toll on her mentally and emotionally. Thanks to Robin and Mel, she'll be going in early next week and walking out with a full set of teeth for the first time in 15 years. She is beyond ecstatic! 馃ス We are incredibly grateful for the compassion and care they showed our family.

The entire staff were phenomenal. They were respectful, caring, all the nice things. But what sets them apart than a normal staff is that one of the staff heard my stomach growling and offered a granola bar. Awesome people all around 馃榿

One best dental experiences I've ever had. I'm so happy to be getting a new smile. Everyone is beyond super friendly and helped me through very step. I won't ever go anywhere else after today. To the staff you guys are amazing thank you so much for all your help
