I loved my experience with all the people that helped me out today. Ana, Patti, and Dr. Ginter were great they did everything I needed done and made me feel welcomed I will be returning to do business with them again I really had a great visit.

i love how nice everyone is. realistic well thought out plan to get me healthier in dental concerns. affordable i have to thank the team that attended me, brittany, patty, dr andrew and julie office manger u guys were nice talking to. very clean office too.

Ms Penny was amazing. She took the time to explain things and put things into perspective. Sat in the chair waiting for 45 mins. Whole visit was close to 2 hours. And I understand that, I was a first time patient. What really frustrated me was the office staff, specifically the lady at the end….. What I got out of her was “pay 3900 right now or don’t feel better” My insurance was going to cover 3k or more of the cost, cool…. But I’m in pain and would have liked to get that resolved first. She didn’t offer me a way to get that done. All she said was, you need to come up with 6000 bucks. 3900 due today to get you started… remind you, she gave me a price out of pocket of almost 9k then I was super surprised about that and it magically dropped to 6k but for me to not be in pain anymore I would of had to come out 3900 TODAY to continue…. Just there for your money.. then when I asked, do I owe anything today? She said “NOPE, have a good day” and I walked out. Super rude. I just wanted to know my opinions. What I could do. Anytime I asked a question she would answer with attitude or was annoyed… if the public setting isn’t for you why are you there? Again, Only reason I gave a 2 star was because of Ms penny. She was great.

Brittany was awesome and very helpful from the start of getting XRays and scans. Patti is amazing, very clear and open about explaining what she’s doing and any problems that may need to be taken care of. So thankful. Appreciate them both very much and will be here for the foreseeable future.

On April 8th I had at least 8 extractions done on my bottom teeth plus I had been fitted with a new lower denture. The extractions were painless! Dr. Jennings and her assistant Ana did a phenomenal job with the extractions and also explained every detail during the procedure. They are a fabulous team and they kept me very comfortable from beginning to end! I will highly recommend Dr. Jennings at Aspen Dental to anyone that notices my beautiful new teeth! I am looking forward to replacing my upper denture as well as soon as I've healed from this one. Diane Mastermaker
