I drove from Dallas twice to see Ms. Media Mohseni, and I can honestly say it was 100% worth it. She is very warm and friendly, and you really don’t feel any dental anxiety with her. She is calm, patient, and explains everything clearly.
Her work is extremely clean, precise, and professional. I’m truly happy with the results. She works with full focus and great attention to detail.
Her time management is excellent — always on time and very organized. The office environment is also very clean and calm.
If you’re looking for a skilled and reliable dentist, I definitely recommend Ms. Media Mohseni. I was completely satisfied with her work, and even though the distance was far for me, it was absolutely worth the drive for my dental treatment.

One of the best experiences from a dental company. I called to setup an appointment and was told it wouldn't happen until a week later at the Midland location. I told them I couldn't wait that long and thanked them for their time, but I was asked to hang on the line for them to check at other locations, to see if there were any earlierappointments. The operator came back and said they had a same day appointment but it was in Odessa in 50 minutes. I jumped on it. We got there at 10:25 AM and was greeted immediately. Receptionist was friendly and helped me get setup as a new patient. While I was still working on the tablet, inputting my info, I was called back to start the process of getting the x-rays. That associate was just as friendly and efficient. Once she was finished she asked me to have a seat and I would be called back shortly. It didn't take long at all, 7 minutes or less, before I was called back. I was seated in the dental chair while the associate asked questions, explained what was going to happen and then I waited a little bit longer and the dentist walked in. He told me what he saw when he looked at the x-rays and what I needed. He was friendly, kind, and patient with me and my spouse, asking questions. He said the hygienist would be in to evaluate my teeth and gums and then go for a cleaning. She was quick and efficient and I was onto the next step, cleaning. Painless and not messy. Water wasn't being sprayed all over my face (like I had happen at another place). The cleaning was a good experience, to say the least. The last stop was getting my minor cavity taken care by the dentist. Again, quick & painless. I really appreciate them getting me in the same day. The staff, Sidney, especially and the dentist, Dr. Patton are top notch and I would recommend them to everyone! Even my husband has jumped on the bandwagon and made an appointment for next month!

The staff and dentist were very pleasant. Liz worked diligent to get our needs met. Entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service. In and out. And quick rescheduling. Odessa location did an excellent job. Thanks yall.

They were very nice at ensuring they attempted to maximize getting everything they can from me. I went in to address one issue and had to walk out due to them not willing to work with what is importance.They are the professionals but when they are obviously pushing unnecessary treatments and won’t work with you then they lose a potential customer. Thank you but no thanks you it’s always best to get a second or third opinion. It was the nicest bad experience I’ve had…

I absolutely advise against using this place. My elderly mother was a patient that paid thousands for their unprofessional very distasteful service. They provided horrible Service clearly do not make it any priority toale sure the customer is satisfied with what they paid thousands for turning my mother away unsatisfied and in pain with dentures that she cannot even wear comfortably. I called to speak with them about the matter because my poor mother was so upset and stressed out over the entire situation she had to endure dealing with these works and I first hand witnessed the complete disregard for patients satisfaction, a complete joke . I am absolutely blown away that this office operates the way it does and to highlight the lack of valueing their customers my mother never saw the same person more then once in all her viait so there was no thought of building Dr patient relationships. Also not registered with BBB just another red flag. This is NOT a reputable company.

Aspen Dental in Odessa, Texas, is located at 6109 E Highway 191, near the intersection of TX-191 and the TX-338 Loop, in the same shopping center as Excel ER and next to LongHorn Steakhouse and Bubba's 33. The office serves patients from Odessa, Gardendale, West Odessa, Goldsmith, Penwell, Pleasant Farms, and surrounding Ector County communities. The practice offers preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental care, including dental exams and cleanings, crowns and fillings, dental bridges, root canals, tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal, teeth whitening, Motto clear aligners, and oral surgery.
For patients considering tooth replacement, the Odessa office provides dentures, implant dentures, and dental implants, and the practice notes that its office is equipped with an in-house lab for denture fabrication and has access to an oral surgeon and endodontist. A first visit includes a review of your dental and medical history, X-rays or imaging if needed, a full exam, and a written cost estimate before any work begins. Meet the Doctors
The Odessa office is owned and led by Dr. Nimesh Shingala, DDS, who earned his dental degree from the University of San Francisco, California, and has been with Aspen Dental since March 2008. He is joined by Dr. Medea Mohseni, DDS, FICOI, who earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, has been serving patients since 2023, and speaks English and Persian. Dr. William Starck, DDS, an oral surgeon, is also listed on the Odessa team page. He earned his dental surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry, completed advanced surgical training at Johns Hopkins Hospital and an anesthesia residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and his areas of interest include dental implant surgery, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, and ambulatory anesthesia.
