The staff was very friendly and efficient. They took my X-rays in minutes and took me to an exam room to talk to the dentist. The dentist went over my X-rays with me explaining everything in an easy to understand way. He answered all my questions. From then I met with Maury who went over two different treatment plans with me. He was very kind and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He provided me with a folder, the quotes and his business card and told me to call with any questions that may come up anytime. My visit at Aspen with extremely pleasant and my time was well spent.

Sadly, our experience over the past year has declined significantly, which is incredibly disappointing because our family has trusted this office for over 10 years and absolutely loves Dr. K. He has always been wonderful, caring, and professional.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front office and support staff in recent visits and interactions. We scheduled my daughter’s cleaning six months in advance specifically for when she would be home from college during the summer. A week before the appointment, we received only an email — no phone call — stating the appointment needed to be rescheduled.
When I called the office, I provided all the requested information and was then placed on hold for nearly seven minutes, only to be told the next available appointment was mid-August. We had clearly explained when originally scheduling that she would only be home during late May through July before returning to school. There was little empathy, concern, or effort made to help resolve the situation.
Had this been an isolated experience, it would have been easier to overlook. However, this has become a repeated pattern with the front office staff over the last year or more, and it no longer feels like patient care and communication are priorities.
It is truly sad because Dr. K is excellent, and we have remained loyal patients for many years because of him. Unfortunately, continued poor customer service from the support staff is making our family consider finding a new dental office. Especially now that we need an appointment before end of July they cannot accommodate.

Everyone in this clinic is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, compassionate and considerate to everyone who enters. They will always find ways to help you out. I had been struggling to find a new dentist since mine sold his practice and the new owners didn’t accept it. I should have contacted this clinic ages ago when that happened. Ashley really helped me out with the finding financing for my out of pocket expense to replace my upper denture plate.

I would like to say that I've been with Aspen dental since I moved to Omaha. Recently I had to go back. This time I went to the Dodge office. Dr. Aldo was GREAT!!!! Susie, Ashley, K.K., Keila, Giselle, and Moe were also so pleasant and wonderful!!! I actually can't wait to go back to see everyone.

Staff were very pleasant. Dr. K. Did a thorough job explaining dental crowns and why they might be necessary. The financing representative was excellent in assisting me with finding a payment plan with works with my budget.
