I cannot recommend this Aspen Dental office enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and well-informed by every member of the team.
Makayla in X-ray: She was fantastic, quick, professional, and made what can often be an uncomfortable part of the visit very easy.
Dr. Kerber-Shah: I am so appreciative of the way she explained my dental needs. She took the time to go through everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood exactly what was going on with my dental health.
Haley (Dental Hygienist): Haley was wonderful while creating my care plan. She was incredibly informative and made sure I knew every step of the process moving forward.
The Office Manager: They went above and beyond to break down the costs of my plan in great detail. I really appreciated the financial transparency and the time they took to make sure there were no surprises.
What stood out most was how informative the entire team was. Every single question I had was answered with great detail. Furthermore, they didn't just wait for me to ask questions; they proactively shared information they felt I needed to be informed on to make the best decisions for my care.
If you are looking for a dental team that is professional, detailed, and truly cares about patient education, this is the place to go! Highly recommended.

Very pleased with my experience. Aspen works with you. Erin was my dental assistant and made me feel very comfortable while taking my X-rays. Very pleased with my experience and look forward to doing more business with them.

I visited this location for an emergency dental issue, as they advertise that they accommodate urgent care. Unfortunately, I received absolutely no treatment for the problem I came in with. Instead, I was given an expensive treatment plan filled with add-ons and gingivitis-related services that felt unnecessary and completely unrelated to my immediate concern. The staff were polite, but the experience felt far more focused on selling services than providing actual care. Walking out of an “emergency” appointment without any treatment, but with a high-cost plan, was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this location if you’re expecting timely, patient-focused care.

They were great. They were very understanding about my situation. They got me taken care of in one day and all my concerns were taken care of. Thank you ladies and gentleman for taking great care of me and dealing with my hormonal emotions. Y’all are amazing.

First off makala-DA was the first person I saw she is absolutely amazing. It started my journey off here right. I have not had good experiences at dentists but she has made my experience great. I am so very thankful for her. I have been treated very well here.
