I had a great experience thanks to Kirstyn, the dental assistant at Aspen. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and clearly explained each step, which really helped ease my nerves. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients—Aspen is lucky to have her!

I had such a great experience at this office, and I especially want to highlight Kirstyn, Amber and Dr. Faisel who took care of me. From the moment I sat down, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. They were incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated how they took the time to connect with me on a personal level, which made the whole visit feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. They explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just the work they’re doing. It made a huge difference in my experience, and is one of the bigger reasons I always choose to stay with Aspen Dental!

I went in for a check up, Waseem and the Aspen dental team helped me through everything! the service was outstanding. The dental team made me feel welcomed right away. Not only that but they also checked every single tooth and made sure there was nothing wrong with my teeth at all through cameras and physical checkups. I was in pain of toothaches and they automatically found the root problem and helped take care of it. I feel so much better! They truly work hard, have amazing service, and take care of you sincerely! Best dental care place ever!

Very clean, friendly staff- from the receptionist to the doctor! Dr. Faisel was very relaxed and informative, made me feel comfortable and at ease. The assistant (Kirstin I think) was professional and compassionate and Amber was wonderful too! Even the gentleman at the end who helps you get scheduled was very helpful getting me set up with appointments and planning out a payment plan that I can do with out draining my account all at once. Highly recommend this office for all your dental work!

Such a wonderful experience every time I come in! The office is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from the first step in the door. Dr. Faisel is incredibly kind and thorough, always taking the time to explain treatment plans in a way that is clear and personalized. No matter circumstances he makes you feel safe and heard. Kirstyn, the dental assistant- is sweet, gentle, attentive, and truly makes you feel cared for! You can tell this team genuinely puts their patients first. They sure do go the extra mile- which is always a great thing. Highly recommend!
