WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINERS! Came in to get a second opinion on a possible root canal. I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews and almost canceled my appointment. I am SO GLAD that I didn't. The check-in experience was fast and easy. Tassa, the assistant who took my x-rays, was amazing, as was the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. Dr. Dyer then came in and introduced himself. He's an Army veteran (thank you for your service) and a true professional. He did an assessment of my x-rays and a thorough examination of my teeth. Afterwards, he gave me a straight-forward opinion and didn't try to pressure me into anything (a refreshing change of pace). I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dyer and his amazing staff. Highly recommend!

I walked in all front desk employees were very friendly. The girl they stole from HyVee was so helpful & sociable and funny.. Miss Jillian was sweet as ever always polite, always smiling and kind. The girl in billing was very helpful to explain everything to me... Jon my young looking Dentist really nice to take the time to go over my needs.. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit at ASPEN DENTAL IN OTTUMWA IOWA TODAY...

When I pull into the parking lot there is handicap parking right up front and it made it much easier Beginning with my second visit I was greeted with my name. My waiting time was less than 5 minutes. And the waiting room is quite comfortable. When your dental technician took me back to be seen by the doctor was incredibly sweet She asked me lots of questions so she could inform the doctor and get everything prepped. Even the time spent with the doctor was very efficient and effective. I had my dentures in about a week and they did a great job. Everyone that took care of me truly did a fantastic job.

The exam was good and complete. The employees were friendly and explained everything in terms that I could understand. The cost of the exam was more than reasonable, however the work that they said that I needed done is far more that I can afford. I probably will not have anything done.

A nightmare overcharged me and then said they couldn't reimburse me because it had to be refunded on the original debit card, which had been hacked and had to be replaced—same account, different card numbers. Charged me to pull 6 teeth and only pulled 5. When I asked about it, they said, "Sorry, really?" Overcharged us by 800 $ and still haven't been paid. The receptionist asked for a Social Security number one day. I wrote it on a Post-it, but he would not give it back to me. Said he would throw it in the trash. Oddly enough, this is when my card got hacked. told me their system had been hacked at Aspen Dental. Your customer service sucks. I will discourage every person I know from going there.
