Deeply disappointed
After being a loyal patient at this location for almost 10 years, spending thousands of dollars, arriving at scheduled appointments only to wait for the doors to open and longer to be seen, I was turned away for emergency visit for being a few minutes late-
Now this is only because my last visit- no one was there to open the office and I had to wait 15 minutes outside!!!
They literally told me oh- you can walk over to patients first for antibiotics.
No understanding, no exceptions, no maneuvering appointments. Just dead dry verbiage like I didn’t even matter.
The lack of service and dedication to longtime patients who themselves have dealt with unprofessionalism but still opted to “deal with it” is horrible! Wasted money for a trip here from downtown Baltimore because I trusted this location with my care for so long but I will never come back here after this! Open up on time before you dare mention appointment adherence and learn how to assist your longtime patrons when emergencies or unexpected traffic occurs without being so cold and disheartening.

The staff was nice, personable, friendly and helpful. They smiled as they spoke with me. Happy I decided to visit Aspen Dental to start to restore my dental health and self-esteem. Thanks, especially to the young lady ( forgot her name), that assisted me at checkout, to ensure that all paperwork was in order!

The first phone call was a tell. The lady was nice, calm and helpful. The appointment was quick, I didn’t have to wait to be seen at the actual appointment time. The doctor was also calm and polite and he really took the time to inspect and answers questions. He really understood the issue at hand and helped walk us through the options as well as the pros and cons. This team has been Great and I recommend them! Also, Amanda was phenomenal 😁 ty

The end did work out great so far. However, I had to go through extremely unnecessary surgeries to get to the end, which took an entire year to complete. The dentist and Techs were nice people but not all of them seemed to acquire the necessary qualifications needed to perform what they recommended for me, which was dental implants. They did compensate me for the extremely painful and unnecessary surgery. Also, I did not like the different individuals working on my mouth with such an intense and serious procedure. I will go back for other treatments since the most serious procedure has been completed. Like I said, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Although my experience with dental work has not always been great. I will say the entire staff at the Aspen Owings Mills location was absolutely fantastic. I was very emotional about a previous experience but they made me feel comfortable.
Thank so much for your time I can’t wait to see the finished product.
