I had a really good experience from X-ray to billing. All of staff was professional and kind. They all explained their role and advised what was next. I have to shout out Kiersten in billing. She was great and personable. She offered me coffee and candy. She was patient when the insurance was taking time to come through. Thanks Aspen Dental.

I have been seeing Dr Andrea Becker as a dentist for a while now and she has had to fix mistakes made by a different dentist since the day she got me as a patient. She has been AMAZING and has gone above and beyond every time. I would recommend her to ANY person needing a dentist here in Paducah. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and she actually listens to your concerns. She has never been one to take a quick fix and send me on my way. She lays out options, risks, and gives me the information needed to make an informed decision about my care. Kiersten in the office also sat down with me and helped navigate making a schedule that suited my needs and made changes multiple times to make sure I knew what to expect when it came to cost. She was so sweet and patient. (Especially being a Saturday, when her and Dr Becker squeezed me in absolute last minute due to an unexpected issue). I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr Becker! If you’re needing a great local dentist, please consider her!

Dr. Becker at Aspen Dental delivered an outstanding experience during my crown procedure. Her professionalism, precision, and calm, reassuring presence made the entire process incredibly smooth. She explained each step clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and approached the work with the kind of care that immediately builds trust. The crown she placed fits perfectly and looks completely natural. You can tell she takes real pride in getting the details right. The entire team around her was just as friendly and efficient, creating an environment that feels welcoming instead of stressful. Finding a dentist who combines skill, compassion, and great communication is rare, but Dr. Becker truly stands out. I’m extremely happy with the results and grateful for the level of care I received. Today I went to Aspen dental to see about some major dental work for myself. I met the ladies there and they were extremely helpful. Polite and treated me like I was their best friend. Taylor was awesome and cheerful. Jen and Dr were just as polite and respectful. Kristen the manager was very very helpful in finding a plan that I could afford and they all discussed the best option for me. I want to thank them all for their support and help getting me through this.. I appreciate everything they did for my. God bless them all . Sincerely William guminski

Ten years ago, I got a new set of dentures, Signature Premium, I think - whatever the top of the line is there. In those 10 years I've only had to have two breaks repaired, which were covered under the warrant and we fully on me not quality. I found staff friendly, facilities clean, and I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Great experience.Husband now needs new dentures and we are finding all those good things to be the norm. They have spent the time to do it right, have worked us in oo on short notice/long drive issues appointment-wise. Some of the most pleasant & through staff I have ever encountered. I'd give them 100 stars if it were an option!
