Staff are friendly and excellent in communicating with you about procedures and putting together a treatment plan. Explaining costs as well. Both the hygienist and dentist did a great job.

Most of the staff starting with Brianna are great. What was rather jarring was my experience with Jody who is the billing manager. The pricing is very “used car salesman” like. I have dentists that are in my family & a long time friend that owns a practice for over a decade in Fort Lauderdale. I use a dental discount plan instead of dental insurance, they double the price that is shown to you then proceed with telling you your discount plan is saving you 50%.. I verified the costs of deep cleaning, average cost per quadrant & the rather inexpensive antibiotics used for swollen gums. I understand every patient is different, I’m going to a different dentist/company next week. I will post both invoices to show how absolutely wild Aspen Dental is & how they take advantage of people that walk in their door. Jody, went ahead & knocked $50 dollars off the the invoice like she was doing me a favor.. I’d like to reiterate, Brianna, Stephanie & Gloria were great, my only problem is the awful sales tactics & exuberant, outrageous pricing.

I had such an outstanding experience with Dr. Michelle and the Hygienist Gloria. From the moment I arrived, they showed such warmth, care, and professionalism. Gloria was incredibly attentive, gentle, and thorough during my cleaning, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. And I am especially grateful for the mini procedure Dr. Michelle performed during my visit. I highly recommend them!

Miss Gloria was gentle with my cleaning and Jody was professional and friendly whenever I come in to get my children check up. The whole Aspen dental staff are just amazing at what they do. They have my tooth shinny and clean thank you for all your customers service they always greet their patient with a smile and that’s important because not everyone loves the dentist, they make the experience less anxious.

I would not recommend this office to a Friend or foe. Most of staff needs a refresher course on customer service, rude and disrespectful. With every visit it became apparent to me I was in the wrong place. Doctor made error in my procedure and tried to cover it up. Upon my follow-up, I found she was no longer employed there. The error caused nerve damage, which they denied. It took me almost 2 weeks to get medication for nerve pain. Second doctor I saw tried to make light of the issues I was having and cover up the error of the first doctor. Third Doctor was in line of course with the second doctor. Disrespectful dental assistant basically called me a liar in front of this doctor as I discussed my procedure that I had with the first doctor, this person was not even present when I had the procedure done. I am needless to say very dissatisfied with the care that I received here, after having dentures made twice, I am still dissatisfied because they don't fit properly and other issues with it. Word of advice, make sure you run your dental care plan by your insurance before you have any procedures done. Be sure on exactly what you're out of pocket costs. If you're a speed reader, and can read and understand the 20 + pages of the contract you will be signing you will be surprised at what you will be paying in the end. I was not happy paying $500 for toothpaste🤔
